Sinton Municipal Golf Course is appreciated for its affordability, friendly staff, and challenging layout, with some visitors enjoying the improvements being made to the course. However, several reviews highlight concerns about the condition of the fairways and greens, inconsistent maintenance, and early closing times, which can be inconvenient for late-day golfers. Overall course is mediocre. Not the best, not the worst so i guess you get what you pay for. They say the course closes at 8:00, but good luck trying to get on the course anytime past 6:00. They stop renting carts early and im assuming it doesn’t close at 8, they workers want to leave at 8. I would say don’t make plans to golf here after work because they make it hard for that to happen! Another time there were workers who came out to me on the 18th hole to remind me they closed in 30 min??? Bare minimum loses my support!

Played this course a few months ago after a rain, it was soggy but decent and they were working on course. Last week I was there again for a HS tournament. The work they’re doing is showing and it was a far better course than the previous time I was there. I will be playing that course in two weeks. Thanks Sinton Muni/City of Sinton for hosting the tournament.

I golfed here in February of 2023. The condition of the fairways is horrible. I was lucky to find gras to hit off. Many dirt areas in the fairways. A lot of unplayable lies on every hole. Some of the tee boxes has tufts of grass here and there. The greens were okay. The price was as much as the good public courses in CC. Never going back.

For the price they charge, claiming "new carts" go elsewhere. Make the drive to Lozano or Oso. Much more enjoyable for very little extra. This course needs a mashall, cart girl or water provided every few holes at least. They've also sanded the tee boxes when that should have been done in the winter, not prime time playing season. Wish someone would buy this place out an make it into something nice. The layout is great but needs much needed work for years. Till up the land and breakup all the hardpan and give something a chance to grow.

Love this golf course. Very affordable, no tee time needed. Just show up, pay, put your ball in the spindle and when your ball drops to the bottom it's your turn. Good course to walk. Love hole #3, #9 and #18. Greens are always in great condition. Don't be fooled by the lay out, it can be a challenge when the wind picks up. Always a good time. Staff very curtious and helpful.

They are working on the course, looking to be in better shape than before, it will be a better course to play when all the work is completed. I'm glad to see they are working to make it better. The new golf carts are plus.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS. THIS IS THE WORST COURSE I HAVE EVER PLAYED ON. THE "GREENS" AND "FAIRWAY" MIGHT AS WELL ALL BE ROUGHS. LOOKS LIKE IT HASNT BEEN MOWED OR MAINTAINED IN MONTHS. THEY SHOULD PAY PEOPLE TO PLAY ON THIS COURSE. WILL NEVER RETURN AND YOU SHOULDNT WASTE YOUR TIME PLAYING IT EITHER....

Greens were full of sand, hadn't been mowed in well over a week. Hit the ball off of dirt from the middle of the fairway. Used to love this course, but won't be back for quite a while

Nice clean course. Great staff. A little pricey and very busy on the weekends. 10 out of 10 on fast greens. They are very hard.
