Palos Verdes Shores Golf Club

This is a fabulous place to live. I appreciate the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina and all of the amenities that they offer. The grounds are beautiful with tennis courts Pickleball courts, a beautiful pool, barbecue, gym, library and newly renovated clubhouse. The walking path over the ocean is one of the favorite places to go. Management is quick to respond to requests to any problems that arise, I cannot praise them enough. I’ve lived here 13 years and right now it’s better than ever.

That place is really beautiful to live !! you can admire the nature and sea from your own window. ! I think live here is very expensive!! But , but but Wonderfull!!😁

I used to want to live here. Great views. Covid really changed it. The Manager was rude, lazy, not helpful. She was transferred to another larger community. Fire Her!!! Lower space cost's, it has been sold too many times. Stop the greediness.

We are seniors looking at 55 plus communities. We thought we would just drive into the main entrance and take a photo, not having a real estate agent with us at the time. We simply wanted to hear the traffic noise levels in the area. The gate guard was more than rude and threatened to call the police if I so much as took a photo. I can only imagine what the managers may be like to deal with if you’re a resident. Needless to say it was quiet and military- style gate security if you want that.

We viewed the property. It was quiet and well kept but the space rent of $2300 per month is outrageous Why is it so high? Because of this we cannot consider it and honestly would have otherwise

Absolute a beautiful place to live ...I don't live here but I am a housekeeper for many residents so I see many home and they are lovely and so are the people

2332 Warmouth Street right off of Stargazer Avenue, walk up to the end of the cul-de-sac You're welcome! 😉 this is the start of one of the most beautiful hiking trails and all of LA, beautiful ocean views best to go at Sunrise or sunset in my opinion.. I think good for beginners through expert hikers, the trail is as long or short as you make it have fun!!

Venue is good size, u would need to go thru the neighborhood to get to it

was ok.nice view of the water.and little walk..better if your gonna picnic .then you can eat and take a walk with your girlfriend...

I accidentally rated this place, but it seems like a great place to live, hopefully I get to live here in my golden years.

Had a great time at the dance party! Danced,ate some delicious food, met some great people and had a good time! No complaints...

Great view, friendly people, lot of friendly dogs down by the dog park, and the new street lights look amazing.
