In summary

The Links at Terranea is highly praised for its stunning ocean views, well-maintained par 3 course, and friendly, accommodating staff. Many visitors appreciate the challenging yet approachable layout, which offers a tranquil golfing experience reminiscent of European links courses. While the course can become busy, particularly on weekends, leading to slower play, the breathtaking scenery often makes the wait enjoyable.

The Links at Terranea was absolutely beautiful. It is a par 3 course, which feels a bit limiting, but I still had a great time. When I visited on a weekday before, the course was quiet with almost no waiting. This time I went on a Sunday, and there were a lot more golfers, so each hole came with a long wait. But it never felt boring. The scenery is so stunning that the extra time turned into a relaxing walk. I sat on benches, took photos, enjoyed the ocean views, and had unhurried conversations. It ended up being a peaceful and enjoyable round in its own way.

Very nice course. A shorter 9 hole par 3 course. Great views of the ocean throughout the whole course. Nice people working there

Played 9 holes in February of 2019. Great course, and Amazing view. On a good day you can see Catalina Island. We paid for a package deal of $ 150.00 for two golfers and drinks.

Beautiful medium difficulty 9 holes Par 3 easy to walk on the greens, gorgeous views of the mountains, Catalina Island and the ocean.

High quality, quaint course and a relaxing, tranquil round. Upper level winds are turbulent due to the cliffside orographic lift, so try lower ball flight shots. Play the course slower to enjoy it. Green speed was 12-13.

A Links Course Experience! This course will take you away on a trip similar to a fine European Links Course but on a modified scale. A challenging 3 par that can test you if the ocean winds are up. I was taken away to memories of England and Scotland links and tested by some deep bunkers that my ball seemed to want to nestle. The greens are somewhat challenging and the views spectacular. Why travel to Pebble Beach? This course is a Jewel in our beautiful California coastline and will be given top ratings by anyone lucky enough to play it. Ciao! Doug

Beautiful fun course for the entire family. Wind definitely plays a role with club selection here. We were the last tee time with no one else on the course so it was extra special. Keith at the Proshop was very professional and helpful.

Came here on a business trip and wow such breathtaking views especially with the fog rolling down the hills. It was my first time playing golf and I fell in love. Once I got back to Texas I bought a set of golf clubs and now golf every week. I can't wait to make it back here at some point. Staff was friendly and definitely made sure everything was okay.
