Paradise Pines Golf Course

I have been here for about 6 months now very nice park great neighbors very quiet I am a long-term resident this park is better than the last part I was at have a lot of walking trails 5 to 10 mi along a creek bed I have canoes you can take out that made our day we went out to Paradise lake it was great I highly recommend this park

This is a great place. The amenities that are available to property owners is beyond compare. Pool, bar, library, gathering center, tennis courts, bocce ball court, basketball ball court,classes for seniors just to name a few. Property prices are low and a yearly fee of $350 gets you a ton of services and props. Forgot to mention a 9 hole frisbee golf course. By the way I have a piece of property for sale right by the golf course.

There needs to be an investigation, regarding POA fees, since I do not use any of the services.. " Especially since we have higher property taxes , pge increases, tariffs, food costs and gasoline taxes.... " You guy's are out of your skulls ,if you think people will put up with increase.. I will be active on You Tube ,as well as News Media . As a resident of 15 yrs in this Community, you have not met my needs , and is time to speak up for the Community, and see how they feel about paying higher fees !

We've gone to the pool and a couple of Bingo nights and taco dinner. Pool temp is fine. The night activities are fun and the people are super nice and friendly. The Camp Fire is still a hot topic (ahem) as the association lost 1400 residents and the area is still feeling the effects of lost homes, trees and people.

Justin is determined to swim. He did at least 50 laps. Too cute!

Got invited to the pool with my daughter by some friends. Hadn't been there in the 20 years we've been here so we were excited to go. We had been going to the Christmas parties, Easter, and Halloween parties for 20 years, just never swimming. So the 2 times we get to go we were late, and the people doing exercises with pool noodles were having a class at that time so the pool is closed and only the kiddie pool was available..... Today at the POA pool: intoxicated lady yelling profanity threatened an employee’s job for politely asking her to stop as children were present. Apparently, her husband (who was with her) is on the board🫢. This isn’t the first time she has behaved this way as my husband told me the same woman was intoxicated and made a scene a couple of weeks ago. Just shameful. Families are trying to enjoy the summer at the pool that we all pay $280/year for.

Great place to unwind and enjoy the nice weather

Great place to meet your neighbors. Pool and events for the children. An assortment of activities for members including zumba, bingo, card games, etc. They also have live band events and done and dancing. Not to shabby for a couple hundred dollars a year for those who want to take advantage of what is offered right in our neighborhoods.

I haven't had any bad ordeals.....great Lil spot to relax and socialize in a variety of ways and days......pools...games a Lil bar. Great trails and playgrounds

8-18-18 - Just kinda disappointed that it was family night and they started putting away the floaties and water balls and the net over an hour before family night was over at 9:45p. There were at least 15 children waiting for the last swiming break to be over and they put away the rest of the items they couldn't get before the swim break.
