Great 9 hole course located in Cape Breton. We've played about 10 rounds here over the last two seasons. Reasonable rate ($20 for 9 holes). Course has been in great shape every time we've played it. Greens are usually fairly fast. Pretty forgiving course....if you miss a fairway, you can usually still find your ball. Holes 5 and 7 are a bit challenging as there are forced carries over water. Seen a few reviews from people saying they felt rushed. We haven't felt that way although yesterday there was an older gentleman driving a cart and followed us on 2 holes. When he asked him, he said he was…

Unfortunately, the experience my friends and I had here was awful. While the course is nice, the customer service is below average. Other one star comments are correct when saying the owners rushed them, followed them around, etc. The male owner took it one step further with our group and aggressively inserted himself into our game from the first hole, dictating who plays when, telling us how to swing, and making rude remarks if our form was off. It was an uncomfortable experience. We had to ask multiple times to be left alone, to which he was clearly offended. Whether you’re an experienced or…

Wasn’t too busy on a Saturday, fair prices and a beautiful course with lots of space and a variety of challenging holes. If you walk it, expect a 6 km walk, I burned 500 calories in 2.5 hours - great exercise and the boys love this place to boot. Easy enough to find my ball when I wack it into the brush and the greens were perfect!

If I could give 0/5 stars I could!! Absolutely terrible service. Harvey the older “gentleman” who owns the place along with his wife who was working the counter were terrible to deal with! Very rude and pushy towards us, we had a group of 5 girls and 2 out of 5 of us were avid golfers and he treated us like children. He followed us around the course making rude remarks.. we would have left but we wouldn’t get our money back. Do not recommend unless you are a MAN (which he pointed out, telling us “let the men don’t first”& “don’t keep the MEN waiting) who golfs often. Honestly can’t believe thi…

Very beautiful scenery to visit, I had a lovely 🥰 time there, especially with Harvey the golf course caretaker who is over 70yrs old but very kind and a great tour guide🤩🥰

the other negative reviews are spot on! the owner "elderly gentlemen" was extremely pushy on us rushing us and watching us swing our clubs etc he kept following us around the 9 hole course asking these things bothering us disrupting our game i have never seen the likes of that guy in my life i have been to many golf courses in Cape Breton this is by far the worst! id expect such acts by the man if it was a PGA level course but its NOT, It's a average level course and that's being generous greens are terrible. i do not recommend this golf course if you are beginner or even experienced you will…

As a beginner I found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming! I even received some great tips from the owners! Played several times there now and will be back lots over the summer months!

If you enjoy being followed around the whole course, told you have to swing from the white and not red because you're female, or being rushed through your game, all by the owner, then you'll enjoy this course. If you want to relax, then dont go here

Very poor business! owner rushed us, half way through second hole worker drove a pickup truck right though our game, wasn't aloud to practice at the driving range because it looked like it was going to rain, very ignorant owners do not recommend this course

Decent course for the price. The driving Range is sub Par and the staff isn't the friendliest and like to rush you, but its cheap i suppose.

If I could choose no stars I would. The owner did nothing but rush us along cuz they over booked, was extremely rude towards the women as well. Will never golf there again!!
