Goat ranch. Overpriced. Yard markers are wrong. Guy at front slow as dirt. Wouldn’t recommend. Oh and also, cart path only when it’s dry. Bad golf course in general.

Played here for the first time this past weekend. Course was in great shape. Some interesting holes. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thought it was a little pricey at $56.00 for a 2:30pm tee time at a public course. I haven't played in a couple years so maybe that's the norm now. They have a twilight rate after 2:30pm and it seemed like a lot of people showed up for that. All in all, nice experience. I'll be back.

Very nice municipal course. Great practice facilities (driving range and 3 putting/chipping greens). Course was in great shape. Very friendly team working there. Also they had a starter which is always appreciated.

I’d say a 4.75 for sure. Greens were kept in order, easily accessible and carts were in working order. I like playing here and the membership cost has been the same for a long time

Always a well taken care of 18 hole course every time I've been out this year. Course does have restrooms and water fountains which is nice. Can be busy on the weekends but a good deal for the price. $33 to walk and takes about 4 hours to complete

A super rare blend of "laid-back," professionalism that makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. The course is in beautiful shape and the 3 green practice facility is top notch.

It's a golf course, and it's in Paducah. That's about all I can say. Unfortunately this place wants to charge unreasonably high prices for a single round of golf. And $200 a month for a membership?!? Rolling Hills is a MUCH nicer PRIVATE course and they charge less than that. It's sad when this golf course is the highest priced in the area. (+$60 on Saturdays and $50 on the weekdays) just a few years ago it cost $25 to play here. So sad.

We played Paxton Park this month while our wives toured the National Quilt Museum in Paducah. Paxton Park offers a well designed course with fast but fair greens. It was in excellent shape and well worth the price, which was fair. Worth mentioning: Clubhouse service was helpful and friendly, the pro shop was well stocked and the facilities were sparkling and clean. I’d play it again and again.

Great deal. Dormant grass still. Hopefully better in a month or so. $28 for green and cart fee during the week. Might still be winter rates. Not sure about that. But great course for walking too. I recommend it as a great public course. I think it was rated best course in the Paducah Sun.

We called and asked the price for 2 people and a cart and the lady told me $27. I get there and its $27 per person plus cart. I guess it was too much effort to tell me it was $27 per person. I didn't like the attitude I got at the counter either. The golf course is ok, but they need new staff.

Paxton Park is one of the nicest public golf courses you will play. It is very well maintained and the staff are super nice people. The greens are perfect and fairways beautiful. There are several water holes and sand bunkers that gives a challenge.

Had high hopes for the supposedly popular/best public golf course in Paducah...however I found the website to be a bit difficult to navigate in terms of price and bookings so when I called and asked for a tee time and the cost of 9 holes for two people to play in a cart was told $27! I thought that was remarkably affordable (or maybe it was after peak hours)... when we show up it's $57 and the woman was fairly dismissive about her mistake - only saying it's "$27/person." Except on the phone she did not say that & in person acted as if it was our issue when it was clearly her mistake. So we pai…
