Drake Creek Golf Club

Paid $65 for the worst course I have played on. 2 greens were 95% dead most greens had large dead areas. Bunkers were unplayable with grass and 5 foot tall weeds.

We spent the night at the course as the Golf course is a Harvest Host. We arrived late and played a quick 9 holes. The course is absolutely beautiful and in perfect shape. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant. Jesse the bartender was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. Josh the owner of the golf course was extremely hospitable and helpful and allowed us to plug in our camper so we can use the AC. Highly recommend and will definetely return if we have the opportunity.

Drake is a fun course to play. I think you have to look at the big picture of what other Golf Courses charge to play. This course for the money is very hard to beat. Plus staff is always friendly and if you ever need anything, they are more than willing to help.

All around perfect course. Great staff, wide open style course with few trees to worry about. Greens roll great, fairways are in great shape.

Course was in great shape and a fun course to play. Some easy holes mixed in with some challenging holes. Greens rolled true, not fast or slow.... met the owner, and he seemed like a really nice guy! Would highly recommend this course for a fun round!

Husband played today, paid $61 to play a course that is in terrible condition! Couldn't play four of the holes because they were closed. Bunkers were muddy, no sand, and weeds grown up around them. They should be ashamed to charge that much to play a course in that condition.

Was in town and decided to play Drake Creek. A huge plus was being able to book my tee time online and see how full the course is going to be this morning. I got there a little early was able to get out immediately and really enjoyed playing the course. Overall the courses in pretty good shape and is a great value for $40! (The greens were aerated within the last two weeks so the green still had sand on them and were a little slow) The course has a variety of teas and definitely can be challenging overall I would say if you have the opportunity you certainly must play this course.

3 of us just played Drake on Monday 3-5-24 and we had a good round, a lot of players but still a normal amount of time for the round. The course is starting to come in and the greens are in really good shape, and you can tell that the workers are already preparing for a good year.

We played August 19th and was able to get an early tee time thank god because it would have been extremely hot later in the day. The white tees are all the way back to the blacks so bring your long game. The fairways were in great shape and most of the greens were exceptionally smooth and quick. I only noticed one green (# 12) had been slice punched for a lack of better words but it was fine. The fairway rough is thick and tough to get out of so steer clear if you can. Overall the course is in great shape considering the amount of play it gets.

Course was nice and location is nice, but management was inexcusably rude to my group over the weekend and I will not ever be back. We booked two tee times several weeks in advance for a 40th birthday party reunion with players coming from different states. The day before, they changed our tee times by an hour earlier without even asking if it was OK and made the time a challenge for our group traveling in to town. Stopped here on the way through town. The service was amazing. The course was in great shape including pristine tee boxes. The greens were beautiful though a little on the slow side. The greens fees were amazingly low making this an incredible value. Don’t miss it if you’re in the area. I will definitely make a point of getting back.

Very well maintained course in a nice quiet neighborhood. nice and slow greens, Todd was an excellent help. The final 18th is very challenging. Located about 15-20 minutes from most of Paducah. Excellent course for this area!! Lessons and a driving range are also available.
