In summary

Pewaukee Golf Club is appreciated for its affordability and suitability for beginners, with a scenic setting and friendly staff. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, citing issues with tee boxes, fairways, and sand traps, as well as occasional poor customer service and course congestion. While some enjoy the wildlife and overall experience, others feel the course is overpriced given its condition.

This is a great course for beginners and your recreational golfer. Some nice holes and wide fairways and little trouble. Good holes are #3, #5, #6, #9, #10 and #18. Relatively flat with some good back to front greens on back 9. The cost was good too.

Love PGC! Having a family membership here means I get to enjoy quality time with my family in beautiful scenery and nature, and get to golf with all sorts of different wildlife around us. We are always treated great and accommodated by staff; Alyssa manages this place excellently and remembers her guests by name. It’s also an excellent value to be able to golf at Silverspring and Scenic View as part of our membership. Would definitely recommend!!

Price was fair, fairway and greens in good shape. However I should never be rushed to golf! In a group of 3 we let a group of 2 ahead of us. We kept pace with them. At hole 4 a kid on a golf cart comes and rushes us because a group of 4 was starting to close in on us. We let the group of 4 go ahead. Bad decision as they ended up slowing us down. Mind you we were walking and only playing 9 holes. I should never be rushed to play my games especially if my group is keeping pace. Last time I visit this course!

Horrible range, club house, and prices. $11 for a large bucket of “golf balls”. Most were cracked, converted in dirt, or so old they were discolored. Range grass is closer to a field then a golf course. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Avoid this ‘bargain deal’ course you might see on golf now. Course under poor conditions with weeds on fairways. Left my range finder on my cart and went back to get it a couple hours later only to be told ‘it was not found’ by their staff. Clearly stolen, but also robbed of my $45 round ‘deal’. Go to a county course or somewhere with more honest workers.

Terribly bumpy! Mosquito Haven! Felt pushed the whole time and even let people play through. Manager was super nice. Prices were average.

Read some terrible reviews on here, and expected to golf the worst course ever. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Course conditions definitely weren't immaculate but the hate definitely isnt justified. One huge thing the course could improve on is the sand traps were in pretty rough shape. I would definitely come back for another round.

Unlevel tee boxes Weeds all over the Fairway Stacked tee times with no coordination between front and back 9 tee times so if you tee off on the back and someone from the front is playing 18 you get congestion Did I mention crappy tee boxes? This course also has terrible water issues. You need a ball retriever for the Fairway in the spring, and in the summer you might be able to find a ball in the weeds Sand is never groomed Tree stumps everywhere Driving range uses the crappiest balls you'll ever see in your life Practice bunker is grown over Golf carts are crap I should probably mention the t…

This place is a dump. Way overpriced for the quality of the course. Tee boxes are lumpy, so you're always hitting your drive off a hill. Fairways are 75% clover. Little white flowers from the clover make it a struggle to find your ball even in the fairway. Hard to find a good lie on the whole course. No effort to drain water from the sand traps. Cart paths are trashed and need to be completely reworked. Pretty clear that the excessive price for a round is going in someone's pocket instead of going towards course maintenance.

Worse course conditions I have seen anywhere. Sand traps have no sand, just mud, have not been worked on. Fairways are weedy and very long. Rough unplayable. Every other course has had the same rain, so no excuse. I won't go back, waste of $43 bucks.
