In summary

Pine River Golf Course is praised for its friendly and accommodating staff, affordable prices, and welcoming atmosphere, making it a popular choice for community events and gatherings. Many visitors appreciate the scenic location and the food offerings, particularly the pizza. However, some have noted issues with the condition of the greens and fairways, as well as occasional slow play and group size restrictions on the course.

I dont know what to say, not bad price but, back 9 might've been the worst experience golfing ive had, bugs ate me up and tee boxes and greens were poor shape, fairways were practically dirt, gave up after 5 holes, don't know what's happened since last year, got in rough shape.

We love our home course! Jess & Brad have put a lot of work into the clubhouse and golf course. They are awesome people and very community oriented. Family, friends, and I love playing this course for the friendly atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and great prices on food/alcohol/etc.

When you promise 13 little boys a pizza party if they win the U8 championship, and now you need a pizza party for 57 people. One call and Jess makes it happen, on several days notice at that. Thank you again

Pine River Golf Course is a true gem! The owners, Brad and Jess, go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. They’re incredibly friendly and hardworking, always making sure their guests have a great experience. The clubhouse is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. Whether you’re there for a round of golf or just to relax, it’s always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend!

The views are nice, back 9 are hard only bc you're in the sun most of the time and when it's hot, you feel the heat. Water holes are definitely a challenge. We like it here despite getting yelled at when we do a group scrambles. They will force you to only have 4 people, when we have 5 playing. So we have to split up 3 and 2, annoying. Some times we have 7 on slow days, still get yelled at. So only do groups of two, three, or four., not a combined whole group. We let people pass us, if other's are faster then us. The golf course should really tell us we cant put down a group of 7. But they jus…

This place is a cow pasture.....EVERY green is half dead and the fairway and rough are so long you can't find the ball in ankle deep clover....played as a single and had to call the club house from the couse because the 2 foursomes of 80 year Olds ahead of me never heard of ready play or golf etiquette...worst course I've ever been on....don't know how they get any repeat business

A nice place for a relaxing round of golf or drinks! We were there for a 50th class reunion, and Everything was outstanding ❣️ Jesse, our host and the owner, saw to all of needs, requests, and even some we hadn't thought of. The custom menu was delicious, and even though the regular staff couldn't work that night (due to being called away to another local restaurant), our attendant Karen smiled all night long and stayed extra late for last-minute visiting! Highly recommended for any area event of approximately 100 guests or less. 😁
