In summary

Pittsboro Golf Course is praised for its welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and well-maintained 9-hole layout, which is suitable for beginners and offers a budget-friendly golfing experience. The course features a beautiful clubhouse and hosts popular Friday night events with live music and food trucks. However, some visitors have noted issues with club rentals, course layout leading to overlapping play, and inconsistent customer service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pittsboro Golf Course & Clubhouse is such a gem! Jimmy and Audra make everyone feel so welcome the moment you walk in – it feels like family here. The atmosphere on Friday nights is unbeatable, with great live music, local food trucks, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy with friends and family. It’s the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the week. We’re so lucky to have this in our community!

While the course itself was nice, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady at the front desk made me rent a bag of clubs for $15, and the clubs were absolutely awful. Dirty, unorganized, and the putter and 5 iron were kids clubs. The Lady was also very disrespectful, accusing my group of lying and being rude altogether. Only go here if you’re looking for a test of patience.

Pittsboro Golf is exactly what a hometown course should be—welcoming, well-kept, and full of charm. The greens are in great shape, the layout is fun for all skill levels, and you can feel the small-town pride the moment you arrive. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great day on the course. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger after your round, just enjoying the atmosphere. A true hidden gem in our community!

My 1st time to play in 13 years due to my job. Retired now. My son invited me out for 18 holes. Course is pretty nice for an old course. They have done a lot of work on course and club house since my last time there. Golf carts are in good working order, greens are in good shape, every tee box well marked with ball washers and trash receptacles, and fairways decent for a public course. It had rained 5" day before and crew was out early doing there best to remove standing water. No sand traps but some water hazards. Interesting course that offers some challenges. All in all, I enjoyed playing.…

This place is the best. Whether you want to play a quick round of golf or attend one of their Friday night jams on the patio with great music and food from some of the best food trucks in the area you can't go wrong here. Every year there have been improvement after improvement made to the course. Today the grounds crew were planting more flora and fauna near the tee boxes on holes 4 and 6 to pretty the place up. If you come out for nothing else you have to see the Smurf tree behind the #4 tee box where most recently there was a Gumby added to the mix. The staff is always helpful and friendly…

It is definitely worth the money....greens are pretty good. Fairways and boxes are little hard. Driving range bleeds into hole 1 and somehow 2.lol so watch where YOUR ball lands and watch behind you. But for the price you can not beat it. People are friendly. Little bar inside. Can't beat that!! I'll be back!

Great 9 hole course with driving range. The fairways are a little narrow, with water hazzards on a couple holes. If you are looking to sharpen your game it's the course for you! Beautiful club house, and the cost is what keeps bringing me back!!! Best price out!!!

Pittsboro is a great beginner friendly course. That is well kept and is also budget friendly. The greens are on the small side and it's easy to hit in another fairway due to course layout. How ever this is a great little course, especially if you're working on your game. The club house is super nice and the staff is friendly.

Ok it’s not the Eagle Creek GC, but a nice 9 holes with greens that are mature and a very friendly staff, nice new clubhouse and a good driving range a great place to learn and sharpen your skills so what more could you ask for! If your a golf snob go somewhere else please, and let the youth and beginners grow their game!
