In summary

Quail Creek Golf Club is often praised for its well-maintained fairways and greens, offering a fun and affordable golfing experience with a scenic setting. The course layout is appreciated for being interesting and suitable for various skill levels. However, some visitors have reported negative experiences with the staff, particularly at the front desk, citing unprofessional and rude behavior that detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, there are occasional concerns about course conditions, such as aerated greens and issues with larger playing groups affecting the pace of play.

I’ve never left a 1-star review before, but the staff at this course made the experience impossible to enjoy. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with complete disrespect. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, the staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Golf is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but the attitude here ruined the entire round for multiple groups. With so many great courses in the area that actually value their players, I won’t be coming back—and I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with eve…

A beautiful course just minutes from Indy. Wild life is all around! Well kept greens and the fairways are diverse! Stop by and give them a visit!

Golf course is nice. You’ll enjoy playing. There isn’t a full driving range. The old guy working the desk is unprofessional and treats people with disrespect. This is often true with young adults trying to play. I won’t go back until he is gone. Wes Chase is a better course and their staff is excellent. I also enjoy PGC as well. Very nice staff, full range, the course isn’t much of a challenge (mostly straight up and down) but the price is great.

Staff are bad. Sad since course is nice. Just never been harassed by staff this much. Took the joy out of golf.

Pro shop worker is absolutely horrible. Completely unprofessional with the way he treats members, and guest. An absolute shame he brings to golf. Truly turns people away from ever playing at this nice course again. It’s embarrassing how rude this person

One thing you can always guarantee is being greeted with the most rude front desk men when checking in for your tee time. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional counter service. Grounds, tee boxes, and greens were and are amazing as always. Once you get past the front desk the course is great. Really wish the front desk men would even be remotely pleasant or inviting just one time. Still waiting though. Update: staff has been great ever since this original post. Chicken salad sandwich on the turn was on point

This course is very well maintained in the places that matter most. The fairways were in great shape. I'm sure their greens are usually better, but unfortunately, when we played, they had just been aerated, but it is the time of year for that and a lot of course are the same. Fit the price we paid, I was expecting much worse conditions. We were certainly pleasantly surprised. I will be going back, soon I hope. I want to see how challenging the greens are when they are not so bumpy.

Great clubhouse and staff! Course is well kept with nice fairways. The gem of this course is the challenging greens.

8AM Tee time on a Friday morning. Showed up 20 minutes early and they let me go out in front of a foursome that was on the warm up green. All tee boxes other than a couple are in great shape. Greens rolled great and the fairways are also well kept. For $32 with cart you can't really ask for much more. Finished in just under 2 hours after playing through a pair of women on the 10th tee. I'll definitely be back! Layout is fairly standard although holes 9 and 18 are great finishing holes.
