Course is solid, greens were nice. Just not what they think it is worth. Paid 70 bucks today for 18 and a cart. Most cities you pay that and you are on premium courses with great bunkers, and good lies. The sand was like gravel and with their rain, half of them were knee deep. Again, nice shape, just not worth the price in my opinion.

My expectations were blown away by the staffs knowledge and commitment to getting me set up with the perfect golf equipment and making long overdue adjustments to my swing. The time and detailed expertise in fitting the perfect clubs for me was amazing. Now I'm ready to play for the season on a great course with great staff (the entire team) who want You to have the best experience possible.

Beautiful course, super friendly staff. I’m always impressed with how accommodating they are for young golfers.

The course is nice but the starter Chris ruins the whole experience. Every time I have gone to this course he has been a total jerk and ruins the entire round. The last time I went, he yelled at us for an error that one of their employees made. I usually never pass up a chance to golf but because of him I hate playing here.

Back half is truly a great example of classic course design. PLGC is a lot of fun to play for a quick round and has some friendly staff and good facilities. Greens vary a bit and the bunkers are a little hard but the grounds are well kept. A must-visit for all MTU students.

Beautiful course, reasonably priced. I golf only a few times per year, and am glad that I have such a nice place so convenient to where I live. We had memberships one year, and found the staff to be very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I had a particular need when trying to improve my game, the manager was able to help me get just the right thing I needed, and followed up later to see how it was working out.

Course is fine, however, the cart starter Chris R was incredibly rude. Made the experience less than enjoyable for a group of both seasoned and novice golfers. If that’s the face of the brand Michigan Tech is trying to put out for patrons, it seems like a loss of revenue is inevitable. Total creep with horrible demeanor.

Absolutely beautiful golf course! Well worth the price. Greens were fantastic. Impressive for it being this early in their season! If you're in the Keweenaw Peninsula, you've got to check it out.

A beautiful golf course that was in great condition. Very friendly staff and reasonable rates. I finished an 18 hole round here in 3.5 hours. I wish all courses were this nice with such fast pace-of-play!

Beautiful course, ridiculous policies that they let "certain" people around. Won't rent carts part 5:00? Nice. They sure don't tell you that when you make the tee time. I was told I can't get a cart as a solo golfer doing 9 holes because I wouldn't be able to get the cart back by 7:30 with a 5:45 tee time. Then I see a group of 4 teeing off on hole 1 with rented carts. Clearly don't care about making money.

A real Northwoods gem. Greens and fairways were excellent. The rough however was much to long. I understand that if you miss the fairway it should be penalized but you couldn't find your ball unless you stepped on it. To be honest though there had been a lot of rain so perhaps that slowed mowing operations. Overall a great layout and good test of golf.

Staff was overall friendly except the starter when we returned from the back 9. We were putting my clubs back in the car before my boyfriend played another 9, and he went in to get water, leaving me outside standing next to the cart. The starter came up to me yelling that he needed our cart despite my boyfriend paying for another 9 & attempted to take the cart from me with our things still on it. I did not appreciate being targeted and yelled at when we had paid for our time with the cart, and I didn’t like that the starter waited until my boyfriend had gone inside to come up to me. The guy wo…
