In summary

Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, particularly the Ghost Creek course, is often praised for its well-maintained greens, beautiful setting, and challenging yet accessible layout. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and the course offers good practice facilities. However, some visitors note that the course can be overpriced, especially in the off-season when conditions may be wetter, and there are occasional concerns about the lack of certain amenities and the upkeep of some areas like tee boxes and bunkers.

What a track this was!! Ghost creek was in pretty awesome condition! The staff were very friendly. I live in Oly and so this was my first golf trip out of WA and it didn't disappoint! It was alot harder than I expected. The front 9 is very humbling. I hover around a 7 handicap, and It humbled me pretty well. The back 9 is alittle more gettable. You learn real quick, why its called "Ghost Creek" because the creek can't be seen off the tee or even on your approach shots into the green on alot of holes for that matter. The creek sneaks into alot of the holes on the course. I suggest getting a hol…

Have only played Ghost Creek. Great course, challenging holes. Greens are great. Practice facilities are good. Range needs some work with yardage markers and better targets.

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained golf course. And this is the public side, so you just know the private course has to be amazing. The course is challenging, but open enough to be forgiving. Cart girl made a fantastic Transfusion. Loved the experience.

Wow. Hard to believe the last time I was here it was 1997. Immediately following the epic battle when Tiger won his 6th straight U.S. Amateur tournament (three Junior, then three unrestricted). I believe he is the all-time major championship winner with 21 not Jack - with all respect to Jack. This is hallowed ground for golf nuts. The courses are amazing. One private. One public. Call a friend who can get you out on Witch Hollow. This place is a golfer's paradise. It’s a golf club not a country club if you’re following me… Anyone visiting the Portland area it’s a must play - and when you’re…

Great place to play golf with friendly staff and excellent course design. My only criticism is the greens were a bit rough around the edges for the price.

4 star review due to price. Course was in decent condition, fairways were nice and greens were well kept. Definitely some standing water in areas. There was no Marshall and no pace of play. Also for $146 with cart, I expect a premium experience. Feels like they just take your money and whatever goes. Front 9 is way more challenging than back.

Easily a Portland area favorite, I would even say this is one of the best courses within a short drive from the city. They keep the course in excellent condition with amenities of an upscale course. The course itself can be played by all levels from novice to scratch, if you choose the correct tee box and can also provide plenty of challenges. Pace is usually kept at a good pace in the morning and early afternoon right around 4hrs with the expected 4hr and 15 mins. Definitely worth your consideration if you're looking to golf in the upper range prices.

Great golf course. Found a great deal on GolfNow. Staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend this place. It was great to play a course where the LIV tour played recently. Greens were pure and fast! 5 stars

Going to preface this that I played today in early March. Played the Ghost Creek course. 3 star review is basis value more than anything else. $80 to walk on a Monday morning is pretty steep. So expectations were pretty high. Course layout was fun and really enjoyed it. However, it was extremely soggy and muddy. Even in the fairway I had drives plug. Lost multiple balls due to this in the rough. Guessing due to the sogginess they haven’t been cutting the rough regularly which was some of the longest I’ve ever played at a public track. They had also recently done vertical aeration on the gre…

What a fun place to play a round! Challenging course with quick greens and beautiful aesthetics. A few minor hiccups. Playing a shotgun scramble and our cart died about 500 yards from the clubhouse and 500 yards from our hole. It took the team about 20 minutes to bring a replacement which created confusion. Plus, the website indicates rental clubs are $50 but was charged $75. Pretty easy website fix. Other than those two minor issues it was wonderful.

Excellent customer service, course is in Excellent shape, green ran true, with some interesting subtle breaks. Loved playing it, forgiving, but you still have to pay attention.

We played at the Ghost golf course. The golf course is walkable with a pushcart. Beautiful fairways. The pro shop has an outstanding selection of golf clothing from various brands. Pleasantly surprised with the course.
