Queensbury Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, beautiful scenery, and accommodating staff. Golfers appreciate the course's layout, which offers a mix of challenging and manageable holes suitable for various skill levels. However, some visitors have noted issues with early course closures and a lack of rain guards on carts, which can affect the overall experience.

Beautiful course! Has a great time on all 18 holes. Poilte players and a great weather are a big help, and all that is good. The course is VERY well managed and groomed, plus the staff is so courteous and helpful. The open style adds to gorgeous views on every hole.

Queensbury Country Club is an 18 hole golf course that everyone can enjoy. The course is well kept and has excellent conditions. It doesn't play all that long at only 6,067 yards from the blue tees. If you are new to the course most holes are easy to follow. On most holes you can see the green from the tee. There only a few doglegs on the course. Some of the greens are very hilly, making putting a challenge, but this adds to the fun of the course. The scenery on and around the course is very nice. Clubhouse has friendly staff. The course does get busy so it is best to book a tee time here. A g…

First time playing here. Very pleasant gentleman helped us navigate the driving range and first tee. A few tricky fairways on the front 9 that slope to the woods. Relatively new player and was recommended this course, definitely coming back next year when we vacation at lake George again.

Nice course but do not golf there after 4pm. Go to highland!! It is nicer and it’s the same rate but you play til dark vs hard stop at 9 holes. Can get a full 18 in most of the summer.

Normally, I enjoy playing at Queensbury GC. It is in very good shape and pretty open so can be forgiving of an errant shot. But today was different as we followed a twosome that used each tee box as a driving range. The hits were playable but they wanted better shots so they kept trying. It was a frustrating day. Ugh!

Great experience overall. Called two days before and got an early morning tee time to play the back nine with a friend while we were both in Town for a wedding. The course was in amazing shape. Greens were incredibly well kept and rolling great! The older woman working the pro shop was nice and gave us good directions on how to get to the back nine. My ONLY negative comment has to do with navigating the course. It wasn’t always clear where the next hole was as a first time player on the course. The 18th hole had two greens on the scorecard but we could only see one and both ended up aiming at…

It was a beautiful day for golf and the course was busy. The course is clean and the carts are decently kept. The drainage for the course is decent as well. It is a decent challenge for the typical player with some very fun holes. 18 holes with a cart was $45 for a tee time before noon on a Saturday.

My first time playing on a course and we did 9 holes. It was such a great time and I can’t wait to head back. We had an early t time and the staff was friendly and very efficient. I don’t know to much about golf but the course was very well kept and so beautiful. Other golfers were extremely nice too (I left my putter on the first hole and the group behind us drove it to us ) Looking forward to playing again and having such a great time !!

Queensbury Country Club helped us with an end of season outing for our league. Debbie and the rest of the staff were great to work with from start to finish. The course was in great shape, is challenging but manageable for all skill levels. The dinner they prepared afterward has been a talking point amongst members ever since! I would highly recommend taking a look at Queensbury CC for a round or an outing- I know we will be back soon.

Nice friendly place. They got us out ahead of or tee-time even while hosting a small tournament. Course was well kept and in good shape. Some rather challenging holes. We had a good time, will go again.
