I've been playing at the Richmond Hill Golf Club regularly for the past four years, and I can't recommend it enough. The course is consistently in great shape and the staff is fantastic. I especially want to give a shout-out to David, my son, who is now 11, has been taking lessons with him for the past two years, and the improvement has been incredible. David has a unique talent for breaking down complex swing thoughts into simple, understandable concepts that just click. His patience and ability to connect with his students are second to none. If you have a young golfer looking to learn the…

The course is great. The back nine is very challenging . Not a beginner course!! Staff was very friendly. Pace of play was good. The greens are challenging . I noticed and watched alot of fresh divot that groups ahead of us left behind. Way more than other courses I’ve played .. maybe signage needed and Starter to mention to players.. I would definitely play it again.

Overall it's a great course but some of the holes could definitely do with some upkeep especially when you have to play from a mat on one of the holes to tee off from. For the end of August to have to pay over $90 for a Twilight round is also pretty steep.

I had a very disappointing experience at Richmond Hill Golf Club. I accidentally booked a 7:10 p.m. tee time through GolfNow thinking it was 7:10 a.m. When we arrived, the pro shop staff explained the mistake and offered two options: a refund or paying an extra $20 per person to play. Since she specifically told us it was only $20 more each, we agreed and thought the issue was resolved. Halfway through the round, the manager DAVID ROGER approached us saying he wanted to “straighten things out” and asked us to see him after the round. When we finished, he was nowhere to be found, and the same…

2025 review The fairways are in pretty good condition this year, greens are soft and roll slow. The overall course conditions are alright. Seems like its getting better year by year. Its a decent middle tier course, and if you live in Markham, its only a 5 min drive. But the price is honestly way too high for a course like this. $112 prime time, $72 Twilight (these are walking rates, cart will be extra)

Oct 18- $116 all in with a cart. Par 70. 5600? yards from the whites. I've played here twice now. I absolutely love this place. A lot of dog leg holes. Simple yet beautiful par 3's. If I had to nitpick. Tee blocks aren't exactly level and usually have a mound in the middle. I can easily get over that. Go try this place out. You won't regret it.

Had I scored in the 90s I might have not given this a five star review! I’m from out of town and every time I come to Toronto for work I try to play golf. A lot of courses are private and Richmond Hill was one of the nicer courses that I was able to find close to the city. The experience that I had did not disappoint and I would 100% go back to play again !

A beautiful golf course. The last 9 holes were narrow and challenging, which made the round exciting. The staff were friendly, though I wish they smiled more. The driving range was packed when I arrived, and I couldn’t find a mat to practice on, I guess many golfers come here just for the range. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely come back more often.

What a nice course. Highlights include the shared green of #2 and #10. The front nine was flat and very walkable. The back nine went down into a valley and was still walkable but much more beautiful than the front nine. There were 3 holes on the front nine that I loved and there were 6 holes on the back nine that were amazing. The 10th, 11th, and 12th were all incredible holes.

First time here, walked the challenging 18 holes. Great facility, well maintained and courteous and attentive staff. Will definitely be back. The signature hole is the 18 which is super difficult, hit irons/hybrids for accuracy.

I was very disappointed with today’s experience. While I completely understand the frost delay in the morning, the pace of play afterward was extremely slow, and there was no marshal on the course to help manage it. My group teed off before 10:30 a.m., but by 2:30 p.m. we were still on the 14th hole. No one came by to check on the pace or assist in keeping things moving. In the end, my friends and I had to leave without finishing 18 holes because it simply took too long. I hope the course can improve its pace management and have staff monitor play more actively in the future.

We recently visited this golf club for food, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor from the start — no water or plates were brought to the table until we specifically asked. When the nachos arrived, the sauce actually had mold on it, which we had to point out and get replaced. On top of that, the coffee was served cold, and again we had to ask for it to be changed. While the setting of the golf club is nice, the lack of attention to basic service and food quality really ruined the experience.
