In summary

Rose Creek Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and affordable pricing, making it a popular choice in the area. The clubhouse and amenities, including food and drink options, receive positive feedback. However, some visitors express concerns about the course layout being too compact, leading to safety issues and occasional slow pace of play due to crowded conditions. Improvements are noted under new management, though some areas, like communication and tee time organization, could benefit from further attention.

Nice course. Good clubhouse/bar with drink and food. People are friendly and it seems like a good place to hold a golf event. Give it a try if you ever find yourself in northern Chautauqua county.

I love this place. It is my home course. They do need to fix the grass issue that has constantly plagued this course for 20+ years on 3, 17, 18. But otherwise it's really well kept. Great price, great drink and food deals. I love it here. Great greens, fairways fir most part are all good. I really love it here. 1 thing I would say is that there is a free for all after people pay. People will skip to number 2 to get ahead of the starting group and hold em up. 4somes starting on back 9 midday holding up all of those before. They just need to tell everyone to start on 1 or on 10 of they are pl…

This is probably some of the best golf you can get for the price point. For 35 dollars, you get to play 18 holes at a really nice looking course. The main reason this place shines as a gem in the area is the absolutely amazing staff they have there. They are incredibly nice and always friendly. Something that sometimes is hard to find at the golf course. They always welcome you with a smile, remember returning customers and will go out of their way to make the experience better for you. The lady that has been working the counter for the past few years is a gem. She is very kind and always in…

Course was in great condition ... greens were receptive and fun ... food was good and bar tender was pleasant.... It helps that I had my lowest round of the season as well ⛳️

A great course that is well kept. The greens are always in good shape. Don’t forget to try the burgers, or dogs at the turn or after your round!

First off, the course itself is extremely well kept. Just an overall beautiful course and the clubhouse is very nice as well. Ample carts and a good combination of par 3s, 4s, and 5s. With that said, I golf as a way to relax and this course design is awful. Holes just blend together and are way too close. It's a very unsafe experience. It's a constant "switchback" where you are teeing off and someone's teeing off towards you. If you don't hit your ball directly on your fairway, then you are likely almost hitting another golfer. We almost got hit 5 times and the amount of times we heard "fore"…

Unbelievable bargain with terrific greens and friendly folk. Opens a bit late for a golf course

The course was in better shape in 2018 than it has been in previous years. The greens are smooth, medium speed, and hold a little; and even some of the hills on 3, 17, and 18 are cut to a proper height and not as dry and full of shale and pebbles like in years past. The course continues to have a lively bar and seems to have bands and events that draw the community in. Good job on the course this year!

Great place, and staff is nice and easy; very lax - which is a really nice surprise. I have really comfortable time there.

Had a fun outing. Liked the greens. The fairways might be cut just a tad shorter. Staff was very friendly and helpful which improved my mood and experience. I recommend this course for those looking for a nicely paced, peaceful round of golf.

Played for first time today. Need to space out tee times more. Way too crowded. Five and six players in groups. People standing on backs of carts/sharing clubs. A little too "laid back" for my taste. Greens were fine. Fairway was not great - pretty dried out. Also didn't care for layout - fairways too close together. Saw several shots crossing from one into another.
