In summary

Rupert Park Pitch & Putt is appreciated for its central location, interesting course design, and the scenic, tranquil setting despite being near a freeway. Many visitors enjoy the well-maintained fairways and find the course a good value for practicing their short game, with friendly staff enhancing the experience. However, some golfers express concerns about the condition of the greens, citing patchiness and poor maintenance, as well as occasional slow pace of play and pricing issues.

We really enjoy a fun, 2 hour respite from the world! I'm always impressed with the secluded feel of the course which is set right beside a freeway.

The quality was extremely poor for the price. It’s way more expensive than Burnaby’s pitch and putt. The fairways and rough were full of weeds. The greens were in terrible shape — full of dents and patches where the ball couldn’t even roll properly. It kept bouncing and getting caught in the damaged areas. I don’t recommend this one🥲🥲🥲

I really enjoy this pitch and putt. Less busy then Stanley or QE Park. Trees and water features to avoid. Two holes 80+ yards.

First time checking out Rupert Park Pitch & Putt. It's a 18 hole, par-three course (holes ranging from 50 yards to 120 yards). We came on a Saturday afternoon (around 2:30pm). Adult green fee is $15.12/person plus putter ($2.36), iron/wedge ($2.36) and golf balls ($2.36). A minimum two club per person rule is enforced. With two golf clubs and two balls, cost is ~$25.00/person. Their prices include all taxes. The course was fun (be aware of hole 3's water hazard). Ideal for beginners. Our group of four shot between +30 to +53. Took about 3 hours to play. Bring your own golf balls because the…

A decent and somewhat challenging par 3 course. I lost a couple balls in the water or blackberry bushes but that’s probably because I’m not that good. I went on a nice weekend and there was no wait. Plenty of parking. The only reason I give it less than 5 stars is because it’s so loud being next to the freeway.

I have been going to Rupert Park regularly as a way to practice my short game and get outdoors for the past 4 years. Contrary to the many "less-than-stellar" Google reviews, I love the place. It is like peaceful oasis in the middle of a city and good value. About two years ago, Nick took over as Greenskeeper, and the condition of the course has improved significantly since then. He obviously cares a lot about it and really focuses on the details! It's true that early in the season it can be muddy for sure. That's because it is largely built in a swamp. Even so, I prefer it by far over Queen El…

Overall, I would say this course is fun and varied. It has a variety of hazards and elevations to make things interesting, though it is a very short course overall. (Average hole length is ~65-75 yards.) That being said, the course is currently (May 12, 2023) in very bad shape. It feels like the course has been allowed to fall into disarray, and there are portions where it feels like they gave up on improving. A lot of this would be forgivable if the greens themselves were half decent, but they are some of the worst I've ever played on. Half of them are mostly sand, and the other half are pat…

First 9 holes were terribly maintained, like playing in a swamp. Greens are patchy. Super short. Some holes have cups protruding above the green. Not worth it. Last 9 were better. Better to play the last 9 twice.

Course design is interesting and unique, but the greens have been in bad shape since they reopened in March. Staff don’t control pace of play hence the 5-8 people groups clogging up the course leading to 3 and a half hour rounds at a pitch and putt. Still a great course to play on weekdays though. Changed to 4 stars as the conditions have improved, first green is still a temp green but the rest of the greens are not too bad at the moment. Highly recommend heading out for 18 on a weekday or early morning on the weekends

Nice 18 holes pitch and putt.😀. Greens could have a bit more maintenance as it’s a bit rough.

Fun course the first 9 holes are more challenging with some water hazards and bushes. Back 9 are more open and some longer holes. Greens seemed well maintained as well. We went at a busy time and had to wait a bit to get going but once we got on the green it started moving along faster.
