In summary

Langara Golf Course is praised for its well-maintained greens, challenging layout, and convenient urban location, making it a popular choice for golfers of all skill levels. The staff is generally regarded as friendly and helpful, and the course's drainage improvements have been well-received. However, some visitors have noted that the amenities are in need of updates, and securing a tee time can be challenging due to high demand.

I don’t think municipal golf can be any better than this. Very well maintain golf course, fun green and cool layout. I think the only downside with that gem in the middle of the city is to get a tee time. I was lucky to get a tee time on a rainy morning and I really enjoy the course! Also super fun outside patio

It’s a beautiful Golf Course but they really need to put some money into their amenities. Getting shabby unfortunately. Great staff. The Drainage is excellent after the work that they did. I’ll be happy to change it to a five star rating after the work is done. New mats and nets at the practice facility are sadly long overdue. EDIT They fixed the nets!!

Langara Golf Course offers a fantastic urban golfing experience right in the heart of Vancouver. The flat layout makes it a comfortable walk, but don’t be fooled—it has its share of challenges with strategically placed bunkers and narrow fairways lined with mature trees. The course is well-maintained, and the greens are in great shape, making for a smooth round. It’s a great spot for golfers of all skill levels, whether you're sharpening your game or just enjoying a relaxing round. The proximity to the city and the scenic views make Langara a go-to for an enjoyable day of golf.

It's a nice restaurant for a drink or a cup of coffee even you are not a golfer. It locates in the heart of Vancouver. There are only a few tables in the patio but mostly you will find the seats.

Some people are complaining about the condition of amenities, getting old and worn out. Nevertheless, Langara offers an interesting golfing experience in the heart of Vancouver. Reasonably priced, walkable, yet challenging with plenty of ponds, bunkers, and hazards. Can be a struggle with a mental aspect of putting.

Great city course always in good shape . Pro shop people are awesome and the food is delicious as well . Wish they had a better warm up facility but there’s no room

Great public course with responsible rates. The course is well maintained but can get pretty busy in peak season. Book ahead using the app. This is also one of the closest courses to the city. Highly Recommended!

I had an absolutely awful experience at this golf course. My group was only 3 minutes late for our tee time, and despite calling ahead, they refused to let us play. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a nice course. Enjoyable layout, forgiving and some really nice sloping greens. Unfortunately (in early November) it’s extremely muddy in many areas. A couple of greens are in rough shape (lots of divots). I also had a hard time navigating a few holes, signage could be better. Also, it’s good in a way, because they are improving the drainage, but I was pretty upset that the proshop didn’t warn me that the 4th hole’s tees were temporarily moved to half way down the hole.. Probably a solid 4 star course in summer, but pretty rough/sloshy in the fall. Price was decent at first twilight.
