I played a round of golf for my birthday there and enjoyed every aspect of the course. Greens are in very good shape. Plenty of variance on tee box distances to match your skill level. Great setting in the neighborhood. Everyone we ran into was helpful and courteous.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The golf course is beautiful and well kept, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The pool is perfect on a hot day and stays open until 10 p.m., which is a big plus. They’ve also got tennis courts if you’re looking for more activities. The restaurant/bar is solid, with good food in the $15–$40 range, so there’s something for everyone. Not much else around besides a liquor store and a pizza/sandwich shop, but honestly, that makes it a great spot to just relax and unplug. If you’re looking for a place to play, recharge, and disconnect from the noise, I’d d…

Course is in pretty good shape!!! Couple rough patches but very scenic and fun! Say it’s worth it for a round here, especially because of the nice staff and chill vibe.

Played golf and didn't enjoy the hotel. Course was in fair to good shape but the greens were excellent yet tough to read. Due to the rain prior, cart paths only which made it a longer day. We had 32 players and the scores were pretty good over all.

I went there for a business golf outing and had a blast. The greens, the fairways, and the tee boxes we’re all in great condition. The only thing that I had problems with was getting my tee in at the tee boxes. I can’t wait to go back.

I would not recommend this golf course to anyone . On 7/25/25. We had an Friday AM tee time booked for our boys trip from Arizona to California , on the morning of our tee time. As we were ready to leave the condo, we received an email advising us that they shut down four greens for the collars to be replaced. No discount was offered to play on a course with four temporary greens only that we could cancel our tee time which we did and then were not able to rebook anywhere else in the San Diego area at last minute on a Friday.

We stay at the nearby Ramona Oaks Resort and our hotel directed us to this golf course which was very beautiful but unfortunately it was closed due to maintenance. but we did get to play one hole without paying so that was nice. they have beautiful greens with ponds.

Stayed here for a trip to Julian. I don't play golf but I had a great time! The pool and jacuzzi are huge, there's a snack bar, restaurants, pickleball/tennis courts, and trails to hike on. Lots to do here! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Honestly not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating. I mean, for being somewhat in the middle of nowhere, it was pretty nice and the room prices were unbeatable at other places. Plus, there are waaay more amenities here than other places! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Can't comment on the amenities of the resort, but the golf course itself is rough. Definitely agree with the other post it should be a muni course. Tee boxes are burnt, fairways are sparce, and patchy and the greens are hard and have cartoonish undulations. 133 slope rating for the white tees isn't even close in my opinion. Plays more like a 137 or more.

Only played golf. It was HOT, but we vowed to play it again Nov thru May. Did see the pool area and people were having fun. The resort is not really close to anything else.
