Excellent option for golf in the Edmonton area. Diverse hole layout with a bit of everything. Pace of play was decent. Will definitely be a course I come back to lots!

Sandpiper has been in wonderful shape the entire 2025 season. The greens were amazing starting in May! The course is a decent layout. Some more open holes but most holes are interesting and provide more than enough challenge. Fairways are also in perfect condition. I have found the staff at Sandpiper to be very good. I’m surprised by the 3.9 overall rating for Sandpiper. It seems that a number of ‘1’ ratings were given due to issues with marshaling. I have never had an issue with the marshals at this course but can’t speak to what experiences others have had. I will say that in general Edmonto…

One of my favorite spots to golf! Greens are gorgeous and not too difficult. Amazing price for the quality of the course. They also have a full driving range, chipping, and putting greens to practice too.

This is a very nice course , I'll start by saying that. Staff is very friendly. What makes this course nearly unplayable is how clogged up it always is. It has to be the absolute slowest course in all of edmonton area. I really really wish they would do something about it. Im sure I can't be the first person to complain.

For how busy the course is the experience was still great. We got around in just over 4 hours which is too be commended. Course is in good condition, but early August that should be expected. Every course seems to be in great shape. Greens are good. Running about 9 or 9.5, but the have a crowd that didn't fix pitch marks. A fun day overall.

Decent track. Some holes are pretty standard layouts, but others are really enjoyable to play. There were a ton of birds on the course, so expect playing in some "turdulent" situations. Friendly staff and great beer selection.

Nice and very well maintained course. Good for all skill levels, challenging enough for seasoned golfers. I will definitely play here again.

Overall not a bad course to play, it’s fairly quick, it’s forgiving, and has an ok practice facility. I see a bunch of reviews about the marshal pushing pace and making people skip holes, on behalf of the golfers THANK YOU! If you are out there to drink and play 4 balls off the tee box go to a different type of course, one that is small town with only 9 holes or something. That guy must be the reason this place plays 4.5 hours on a slow day. I do have three knocks against the place though, which pretty easily they can fix 2 of them. One being the pin placements, when we played two Sundays ago…

Great course and beautiful area but the marshal was hounding us from the third hole about time and following us around for the rest of the 9. We were by no means slow and were paired with a father teaching his daughter how to golf. We were forced to skip the 8th hole. First and last time I’ll golf there, would give zero stars if I could.

Just played for the first time. The course is in great shape. Tee boxes nice and level. Fairways cut nice. The greens were quite fast and extremely firm. Great test of golf. The course is a little sneaky, plays harder than it looks mostly bc the greens are tough to hold. Playing here more often will help you dial in spinning the ball. You really know it when you spin it vs not! There’s also some hazards that are well placed! Enjoyed the course a lot.

Course was not bad but I did feel rushed a bit as the tee times seemed to be booked quite tight. There was always a wait as groupings were jammed up a bit. We booked for four but one was unable to leave work early enough so only 3 made it. We told the pro shop when we arrived and they even asked if someone couldn’t get off work. That was all that was said. Next morning we noticed a 25$ no show fee on the credit card. Nothing was said to us about this at all. Overall it kind of bugged me. 25$ definitely not the end of the world, but to just charge me without any notice i thought was rude. Maybe…

What a beautiful spot! We had never been before and decided to do a Friday night driving range hangout. We will definitely come back for golf in the future!
