In summary

Severna Park Golf Center is appreciated for its friendly staff, well-maintained mini golf course, and convenient location with ample parking. The facility offers various amenities, including a driving range with toptracer technology and a selection of beverages. However, the par 3 course receives criticism for its poor condition, with issues such as worn-out mats and aerated greens, leading some visitors to feel it requires better maintenance.

We had such a fun time playing mini golf here! The course was great, and there’s so much to do—so many different options to keep everyone entertained. Definitely a spot we’ll come back to again.

My review is for the par 3 course only. The driving range looked better, but IDK because we were there for par 3. Don't waste your time with this "course." You hit off really beat mats, and the greens were aerated to the point that the ball wouldn't roll at all on the green. Two holes share one green and the whole course is so tight it's actually pretty dangerous. We were literally dodging other people's shots. I kinda want my $28 back, TBH.

We came here for miniature golfing after finding a great deal on Groupon for 4 of us to play. All the employees that were inside were very friendly and helpful. They had a new employee they were training and he was super nice and looked eager to learn. The course itself looks like it has just been redone. We have been here before but the turf looked new this time. They also had the water running this time (our previous visit it was off). All the kids had lots of fun. Of course does well and they can afford, it would be awesome to have some shade, like a canopy of some sort like they have at pa…

Great family time with little to no drama. Located on the side of Rt. 2 in the Park, its easy to get in and out of. Staff is friendly and customer service is good to go. Balls are cheap and the facilities are modern and well kept.

A proper range but the par 3 course is in need of some TLC. It's difficult to tell distances because plaques are missing from the holes. Greens are like putting on a regulation fairway, in desperate need of maintenance. The tee boxes are driving range mats. All of them are decrepit and should be replaced. The facility does have mini golf which is fun for the family. The location is also convenient, right off the highway.

Beginner golfer and i went in looking for a driver. Leon not only took the time to help me find something good for my level, he also gave me some great swing tips I'm going to be able to use. Definitely plan on going back.

UPDATE (04/2026): There has been chatter lately about the proposed sale of this SP staple business to a developer who will build tons of houses on the site. While I’m always disappointed when I’m there and parts of it are not being kept up to par, I can honestly say that I would be so sad to see this place go. It has been here since, well, as long as I can remember and I am 52. We’ve played mini golf here so many times over the years and accumulated so many memories at this place. We’ve hit buckets and buckets of balls at the driving range. And back in the day there used to be batting cages fo…

If you just want to have a fun put-put or drive some balls, Severna Park Golf Center is perfect. Recently, friends and I went and played a round of putt-putt at Severna Park Golf Center. Admittedly I have not played since I can remember but it was a so much fun. Parking: Very simple and plenty of parking. It’s on a gravel area and very close to the entrance. The course was well kept, and the pricing was very fair. Additionally, for those of you who would like an adult beverage while you try to get through that infamous windmill shot they do have a little independent trailer serving adult beve…

Know before you go! Mini golf and driving range outstanding! Par 3 course is terrible. Greens are ridiculous and hole 3 and 9 share the same green! The mats all need replacing. I hope this is temporary. Not worth the $ for the par 3 course.

Par 3 course is not in good shape unfortunately, not worth the 15-18$ unless they maintain it better Greens are more like fairways in other courses ive been to; divots included Tee boxes on most holes are mats that are completely torn up Range mats are in good condition but are one of the harder ones i tried so not great if you fat a shot. Top tracer works well. The place has great potential but just needs tlc

It’s a nice spot. Staff was pleasant. Clubs and balls are disinfected at the end of the day so if that’s a concern for you just bring some wipes to wipe yours down. Hopefully the waterfall will be on if we come another time.
