Shamrock has a great niche built on fast play and a family friendly layout that's good for golfers of any level. I coach a local JV golf team and we played in a big match there last week. There was also a league on the course at the same time, and yet we still finished in about 3:50 which is amazing! Conditions looked great. This is a perfect place to go have fun and not lose 20 balls, and make a few birdies even if your somewhat new to golf. Tee it high and let it fly!

Today was another awesome day at Shamrock. The greens keepers do a great job keeping the course nicely groomed. The beverage cart girl was good at timing how often to check in with us. The wind kept the smoke at a minimum.

We hosted our charity golf ever here and it was amazing! The owner and Matt were great! Accommodating and communicative and the course was great and clubhouse clean and ready for us to us that and their outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Awesome public golf course. Tends to be very busy in the Summer but you can great deals in Spring and Fall. 250+ yard driving range, $10 for a large bucket. Modest length course. Does not have too many challenging holes. Limited water and other hazards.

Pretty decent golf course, but had a hard time telling if my ball was in the fairway or rough. Very good fall rates, but the dude in the pro shop got pissed at us being there 20 mins before our tee time. I guess we should’ve been there an hour before, and then proceeded to ask for a tip after confirming our tee time. I guess there’s a first time seeing everything and I sure have never seen that.

Golf there with my 13 year old son and never again. Had to pay $120 for an adult and child to play 18 because they don't do junior rates on weekends. Way to encourage youth to play. We could have played Rush Creek for $20 more. The course wasn't in bad shape but it's October and still winter kill on some greens. Never again.

Really mixed experience. The course itself, service staff, and grooming are really great. Would love to play here regularly. Unfortunately, I won't, because the ranger was incredibly rude. I've been playing golf for 40 years and never been lectured about pace of play until today. For the entire front nine, we were right behind the people in front of us. They and the people in front of them only played nine however, and so there was space in front of us on ten. This guy rolled up, moved our carts thirty feet so we could get off the green faster, then scolded us for there being an empty hole in…

The course is cheap and fun for the price! Holes are a little boring not much besides grazz and treez. Got 4 under par though! Overall fun day!

it’s really discouraging for beginners and people trying to learn the sport when being told “you’re too slow” by other golfers and workers. especially when you look up this golf course and it says in the description “wide-open fairway that’s good for beginners” and yet being embarrassed by others at the course especially staff. maybe instead of saying that offer some tips and pointers to help us move the game along quicker? it’s really discouraging for people already nervous and just starting out in such a “friendly” sport. it just doesn’t sit right with me especially when we couldn’t even see…

Nice course, amazingly beautiful greens, and exceptionally forgiving. It is a very flat course, but it’s really fun for groups. Play here generally speaking is a little slow, but it is a really good place to go if you want to have fun with people who don’t play very frequently.

This is the friendliest golf course I have golfed at. The management is top notch and address all your needs with a smile. The course is in fantastic condition and is great for all ability levels. There are not a lot of small course that feel "family friendly" around anymore. So glad to have this in our community!
