In summary

Shoreline Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained fairways, scenic views of the lake and city skyline, and a layout that balances challenge with playability, making it suitable for both beginners and more experienced golfers. The staff is generally regarded as friendly and accommodating, and the food offerings receive positive feedback. However, some visitors have experienced issues with slow play, inconsistent communication regarding course closures, and occasional maintenance concerns, particularly with the greens and cart paths.

Walked 9 here early in the morning. For not playing it before, I really enjoyed it. Very sandy greens (which makes them pretty slow) but the course was very well maintained and the views were pretty epic. For only being $36, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for an enjoyable, relatively easy course with some great views of the water and the city skyline.

I got a chance to play a round here last weekend and it turned out to be a pretty decent experience. The course itself is kept in good shape, especially the fairways—they were smoother than I expected for a public spot. Greens were a bit slower in a couple areas but still playable. Staff at the clubhouse were friendly and helped me check in without any hassle. Pace of play was okay, not super fast but nothing frustrating either. Overall, it’s a solid place to get a casual round in, and I’d probably come back when the weather’s nice again.

First time playing this course — the layout was fun and the conditions were great. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the rude behavior of the pro shop staff at the end of our round. Due to slow play and multiple six-somes ahead of us, we finished at dusk. When we returned the carts, we were abruptly told they needed to be in by a certain time — something we were never informed of when we checked in. Tip: If you're booking a tee time after 2:00 PM for 18 holes, be aware that you may not be welcome to finish your round, even if course delays are outside your control.

Great course for the money. It was easy to book the tee-time, everything went smoothly and the course was in great shape. It was nice that it kind went along parts of the lake. Greens were great! I can't speak to the fairways as I didn't spend much time there. We got some food before the round and at the turn and the food was fantastic. The only reason I don't give this course 5 stars is because the cart path was something from a demon dimension. Random transitions from gravel to pavement and some of the payment was shifting and breaking. But literally the cart path was the only bad part to t…

What a BEAUTIFUL course! Not too easy, but not too hard. Great layout as well. JR was the one fo check me and out, and he was simply amazing and so kind. I look forward to returning for some more surreal play time.

Flat course but in excellent shape, fairways and greens. Greens a little slow but consistent. Nice views of lake and some excellent holes with water along fairways. Would definitely play again.

Initially a one star review: Wayne at the club house is very rude, he manages the course from the club house and acts like he works at the most prestigious course in the world. I would not recommend to anyone looking to play a round of golf. They can’t even manage their workers and tell the difference. Updated to 5 stars: Jared the GM made it right, he understands the business and how people should be treated. Thanks for taking care of the issue!

Just going to be honest with my experience there. Range is closed far more often than they say it will be for a different reason every time. Range is overly sandy and not mowed. Staff appears unmotivated. The course itself is in a slightly better condition bringing this up to 2 stars.
