Skyview at Terra Vista

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this course was! The course layout and complex greens were awesome, would love another crack at the course, shot a disappointing 82 😔

Here was my dinner service experience tonight. (7/16/22) I have no complaints, which is hard for me! Megan, the bartender who tended to us before our table was ready was very kind and great at getting our drinks. My grandma really enjoyed her pale Cosmopolitan and I loved my Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri! Our waitress Donna was fabulous and seriously deserves a raise. She knew how to work a table! I’ve been playing at Skyview for 2 or 3 years & it’s ALWAYS in great shape & this time was no exception. I’ve got no less than15 courses I could play within 20-30 minutes of my house but I’d rather drive the 75 minutes to Skyview knowing the course won’t be all brown, in dire need of water or that the maintenance crews won’t be cutting at 1 in the afternoon. The staff is very friendly & helpful which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. The only reason why I give this course 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the price. ALTHOUGH, I totally understand and agree it is worth every penny. But that also doesn't mean it doesn't hurt a little bit paying $60-$100 every time. This is by far the nicest and most course in Citrus County. The greens are fast and actually break, which is refreshing. Fairways are well maintained and the staff are awesome. Overall, a great course. If you're willing to spend the money, I would definitely recommend playing here.

Nice golf course, I think I played fairly well. Larger sand traps, then I'm used to. It's challenging but fair. I didn't lose any golf balls. Great group to play golf with.

We had a nice birthday dinner for my father in law. Patrick was our waiter, he was very attentive, we didn't feel rushed. The soup of the day was bean and ham. Lots of ham in it. I had the chicken special with Oscar sauce, the sweet potato was delicious, Jasmine rice good, vegetables - Nothing special, not flavored much. We sat in the wood room, it's our favorite room. We were seated quickly even though we were early for our reservations.

This golf course is awesome! Great condition! Practice area is awesome. Greens are fast and tricky! Staff is very nice! They do a great job accommodating our golf tour!

Go in to ask about the driving range. I couldn’t even get a word in before I get the “ you can’t be on the DRIVING RANGE” with those clothes on?? I had on American flag shorts and a Nike shirt with sleeves. I understand the golf course but come on man the range??? ….. place was pretty though

Very nice course! Conditions were great, and the staff was wonderful. It is unfortunate that they have bulldozed most of the trees around a handful of holes.

Beautiful course in great shape. Green's are perfect and roll nice and fast.

We absolutely love playing here. The course is always in great shape and the layout is unmatched. Putting is extremely difficult on these greens. My reason for a three star is probably not a big deal to some but to me it is. You would think being so insanely nice and of the upper echelon it would have a cart girl but what we got me was the club house bar was closed and no drinks were available. It’s hot in Florida majority of the time so some sort of drink would be nice. Other than that everything was amazing but I’m happy I brought a bottle of water or else I would have been in some trouble.

Absolutley Incredible Golf Course! Definitely a Hidden Gem in Florida. Staff was wonderful and super accommodating. The Fairways and Greens were Plush. I will easily make the 90 minute drive to play here again. Thank you Skyview staff for an Incredible experience. See you all soon!
