South Hills Country Club

Wow what an awesome country club! Just got back home from the super fun tournament tres Dias. Thank you all for the warm hospitality starting from John, Courtney, Sean & Kelsie. The staff were top notch and all treated me like an old friend. Beautiful and challenging golf course, amazing food, great facilities. Thank you guys

This is a very nice course and the facilities are clean. The course is well kept and the greens are in great condition. They really have a good feel for the flag placement. There's a few holes with water that plays into your shot selection. People here are nice and friendly and always willing to give tips or helpful advice. The shop has plenty of equipment and clothes. Lots of drinks and cold things to purchase.

This private club has been in West Covina for a long time. I went there for a golf tournament. The grounds are fairly green and it's course is well kept. I only got to see one banquet room which was spacious but looked a bit outdated. The staff were nice and friendly. It didn't have the stuffy-country-club vibe which is refreshing.

I was able to go to this country club via a golf tournament and it’s an excellent venue. It’s a definitely a great and challenging course overall. The grass was well kept, cart paths had good signage & the golf carts had plush seats. Just wish the cart had a gps screen & cooler(similar to industry hills) but an overall solid cart. The reception area is massive and the staff was very friendly and served with a delightful smile. Amazing spot and awesome times!

Booked one of the rooms for a banquet. The place was nice and quaint. Staff was helpful. The decor had a lovely holiday theme. The food was buffet style. Served in chaffing dishes out on the patio. Problem with that was. This was an evening event. It was rather difficult to see in the chaffing dish with inadequate lighting. Some were using the flash on their phones to see the selections. Parking lot has ample parking. Handicap spaces are close to entrance. Nice lounge area in main lobby.

South Hills is a great place to golf. Don’t be surprised if you score a bit over your handicap! The kikuyu grass WILL get you on the short game; don’t worry — we’ve all been there. Your main goal should be to stay in-bounds off the tee box; stay inside the course! — GREAT PEOPLE and great Pros at this course. Professional approach to all aspects of service, coming straight down from the General Manager. — You’ll have a blast here! ⛳️💖🤠

I spent a moment at the club house for a company holiday party. The entire venue was beautifully decorated and very clean. They had a gorgeous Christmas tree that really took center stage. There was a live and very warm fireplace that was very welcoming. The staff was dressed well and very accommodating. The food was also delicious and didn't taste generic at all. We had self parking with plenty of parking space. Overall we had a great time and hope to return again soon!

They did a great job with our reunion the staff was great and the surroundings where beautiful ~~very fun

I deeply regret holding my wedding at South hills Country Club. They broke our contract at several points, and refuse to make it right, despite my diplomatic attempts. It’s been over a month. Shame on the manager and the event coordinator for all that happened which is too much to list here, which they know and refuse to make right. Shame on them for destroying a special day—which was not cheap—that my family, friends, and I as the bride, will never get back. Please, reader, do not have your wedding here! Go elsewhere! We had a 18th Birthday (Debut) Party last night. We are ahead of time for the toast. We asked Evan if can they serve the apple cider earlier than that what we have from our timeline. And they did serve it earlier than on what we have on our timeline. Evan is always the best! Whenever we have a party from the country club. He makes sure that he can take care of everyone. Thank you so much Sir Evan and your team 🙏❤️🥰
