In summary

Rancho Duarte Golf Club is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, affordable pricing, and convenient location, making it a popular choice for those looking to practice their short game on a par-3 and par-4 layout. The course's amenities, including a restaurant and bar, receive positive remarks, and the staff is generally seen as friendly and helpful. However, some visitors have experienced issues with unexpected closures, maintenance disruptions, and a challenging driving range setup, which can detract from the overall experience.

Really nice par 3, with a few 4's thrown in there. Great to work on irons and what not, and they have ACTUAL TEE BOXES which is rare nowadays for par 3's. Usually pretty open, I've never had to make a tee time. I usually just walk up and play, and very walkable.

Booked online. Arrived to a closed course with 0 notice. What a joke. If your operations have been suspended, take down your website or at least put a notice. What a waste of time. Also, I played here on Nov. 8th and you were open, so it sure doesnt look like thats the issue. I used to play her 3-4 times a week- won't be coming back.

New ownership, price increase per 9 holes 😐. Greens 💚 are good. Fairways need work. Range is good but no driver if you hit over 225 yards.

I like this spot, real chill for a 9 hole. This is more a 3.5 out of 4. A decent driving range and the 9 holes are challenging and their is an option for a cart. The grass is alright but for the price, it’s a great deal. I recommend it.

Great course to get some practice on. Not crowded on weekdays, never get stuck behind a slow group or a 5'sum. Has a couple of 4 pars and the greens are always nice. The restaurant and bar is better than most of the golf courses around. They used to have great beef soup! Nice golf cours all around, especially if you don't like having to take 5 hours to golf like most 18 holers do now.

Chillest 9 banger around. I love this place. $14 for a round to walk. $18 for a large bucket. Great greens.

Not sure what happen, I came here two time this week, surprising that it is closed without notice. Be careful if you bought the pass….

This excellent course boasts a prime location, covering East Los Angeles, just 0.7 miles from the 210 and 605 freeway exits, and boasts a popular Route 66 photo spot, perfect for executive and managerial practice. It offers 25 practice holes and a 9-hole executive putting green. Weekday crowds are minimal, so you'll never be caught out by slow groups or par 5s. There are several par 4s, and the greens are always excellent. The restaurant and bar are better than most nearby courses, and the food is excellent! This is a great golf course, especially if you don't want to spend five hours playing…

Don’t bother making a tee time. Staff will sell your prepaid tee time. I booked a 9am tee time only to show up, check in and be told it’s a 2 hour wait to tee off.

A 9-holer with a few par-4s, perfect. Great layout, enough to get you ready for a 18-holer. But the course needs a lot of maintenance.
