I want to first apologize, I left a review here previously about playing here with my son and it was not this course. I’m sorry for the mistake. I have deleted the review. My review for Southbrook is as follows… The course has come a long way. I have played here quite a bit and it has some really great potential. They have some great holes and it can be very challenging at times. The restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is great and portion sizes are good! (You need to work on your Nachos, lol) The Marshalls are all really great guys, very easy to chat with and stay out…

One of my favourite golf courses, the staff is very friendly and very welcoming everytime I go. The course is always in great condition unless a monsoon runs through it (out of their control). It is such a calming environment whether you’re going for dinner with the family or going for beers with your friends, it’s always a great time at southbrook! Thank you to Oliver and the team for making southbrook one of the best courses in the Hamilton area!

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Oliver to host a tournament for a group of 70 participants. - The team at Southbrook, from Oliver, to the front line staff and the dining room service team excelled beyond our expectations. - The flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs has left a lasting impression on us. - we had a very fun day and the feedback we have received from our guests about the event directly comes from the hard work Southbrook golf course staff put into our day. Great course for a round of golf!!! This place has that upper feel without the upper price! Green speeds are consistently medium with some challenges but nothing crazy, some open holes but some narrow to keep you working for it! The place is well maintained and it’s easy to see. Very clean facilities with great staff!! I’ll be back that’s for sure!!

Southbrook Golf & Country Club is always a great round, but what really makes the day is the incredible service from Lukas on the drink cart. He’s friendly, fast, and always has a great drink recommendation ready. The Water Hazard is a must-try, and Lukas’ weekly specials are reason enough to come back again and again. Whether you’re in the middle of a tight match or just out for a casual round, seeing Lukas pull up always makes the day better. Cheers to cold drinks, great service, and another great round at Southbrook!

We had an Amazing experience here!! Lukas was a great server. We got some espresso martinis and he got creative and gave us little chocolate bars on the side with the drink, will definitely be coming back and ordering more!! super kind and great service

Recently ran a Golf Tournament with approximately 90 golfers . Oliver and his staff were very cooperative and outstanding! Players told me how great the Golf Course was. Many players who are Members at upscale private courses and never played Southbrook were very impressed with the conditions of the course. We immediately booked next year for the tournament. By the way, 90 golfers it was a scramble format. We were done in 3 1/2 hours! Unheard in 40 years that I've played Golf Tournaments. OUTSTANDING! Well done Southbrook!

We celebrated my sister’s wedding yesterday, and it was a truly magical day! The venue is peaceful, inviting and very clean. Jacob is truly exceptional; is he a true asset to Southbrook. He and his team went out of their way to make this day truly special. Jacob’s constant attention to detail was amazing. He is genuine and exceptional at what he does. We would recommend Southbrook for any special occasion.

Nice course, challenging, fairways and greens plush for weather as of late. Nice practice green, club house, driving range. Golf carts not included with green fees. Carts equipped with covid screen in middle of passenger's. Beverage cart clean and server wearing mask. Great service. Lots of trees for shade, tee offs were great as well. Ranger checks in to see everything moving well. Not quite 5 star, as the rough on either side of fairways were like clay. Due to weather?

Southbrook just hosted my restaurant golf tournament. The course was in great shape. From start of planning to tournament day Oliver and his team were top notch. Great to deal with, and on top of the days events! Looking forward to booking next years tournament! Cheers!

This is by far the worst golf course in the Hamilton area. Course is never maintained. Overbooked, overpriced and understaffed. The staff that works here is friendly and it is not their fault however I will never be playing here again. Had a free round and still paid too much to play here.

Great course, well kept. The staff were great all around, from the pro shop to the servers to the cooks. Can't wait to return.
