In summary

Spring Valley Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, interesting course layout, and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many golfers. The club offers a pleasant setting with reasonable rates and enjoyable amenities such as a popular barbecue. The Sweet Caroline's barbecue on Saturday is fabulous. Great food for great price. Chef Mark great job. Great guest service also.

If you dislike sand traps, this course is for you! I didn’t even realize it until one of my playing partner’s told me. I’ve never hit below 100 until I played here. It’s a not a difficult course if you don’t slice too much. Had a great time with the two guys that played with me. The course was nice and so was the staff.

Very quickly becoming my favorite golf course in the area! As a female I value respectful employees and customers here. No need to worry about harassment that I have received in some courses in Round Lake. Love it here! 💟

Terrible place to golf, staff was unhelpful and downright disrespectful. Will never be returning, not worth your time or money. Please just go somewhere else if you’re looking to play a peaceful 18

Poorly maintained greens, construction vehicles complete unaware of surroundings, golf carts cheaper than a a dollar tree table cloth. 0/10 will never play again. Shame for calling it a “Country club”. More like a BBQ Joint. Don’t play here

Course was in decent shape for mid April. Pro shop is small and doesn't have much except balls for sale. But the course design is awesome. Great value for the price, and you can see clearly where the course designers borrowed concepts for Lawsonia's Links course.

If they put a few hundred thousand dollars into fairway and green sand bunkers plus improved cart paths, this would be a very challenging course. I was not comfortable with the blind tee shot on the first hole. One more thing—- they need to put 150 yard posts on every fairway.

Well it's been a long winter for the spring valley peeps, broken water lines have reaked havoc on them but Dave and his crew have come threw big time. Stop in and see all the newly remodeled floors walls and bar. Also a new chef on Saturday, not sure if also Sunday. Smoked meats, homemade deserts and pickles are to die for. See ya soon.

Enjoyed my time on the course, layout was good and conditions were as well. Fall golf is always tough with the leaves on the fairway/ greens but for the most part this course played really good. I would certainly play it again.

Course was in good condition. I believe that the front 9 is one of the more challenging nines in Kenosha county.

I really liked this golf course. So pleasant to play and so much fun. While they don't have any sand traps, their are other thinks to consider. Rating from back tees is 70.5 and Slope is 119 at 6,451 yards. If they had sand bunkers this would be a 72.2 and 130 slope. Only $35 with cart. Hilly and greens were excellent. Original design from 1927. A real barn find.
