Bristol Oaks Country Club

Golfed here twice while in town on business. Great value course. Can’t find many golf courses where you can play 18 and a cart for $35 anymore. The greens could use a little work but nothing you couldn’t play.

Not one to give bad reviews, but for the price, this place should be embarrassed. Books us in between 2 outings AND a high school golf tournament, so play was slow as molasses. Teed off 30min after booked time. Terrible tee boxes and greens, and brown fairways. Old cup holes were sunken an inch deeper than the rest of the green. UPDATE: golfed here today (8/30/25) and was very disappointed that the new owners haven't improved the course. The greens are TERRIBLE. Maybe 80% covered in live grass and the rest dead grass. Putting through pot holes. How are they charging $50+?!!!!

There's no reasonable argument that this course is worthy of anything more than two stars. The greens aren't just poor, they're essentially unplayable. Worst I've ever seen. Was everyone nice? Yes. Is the layout interesting? Sure. But if you're going to spend your precious time and money playing a serviceable round of golf, you probably can't do worse. My son and I left after playing seven holes, and we're not remotely country club folk. Maybe in a year or two the new ownership can turn this into something. Had a great day. Course was in great shape. Greens had just been aerated, so putting was a huge challenge. Very bumpy. Outside grill area is not open yet. Food begins Memorial Day. Bar was running and drinks were cold. Sun was out and 70 degrees!!!!! Southeast Wisconsin golf at is best. Great little gem of a course!!!! Great driving range and huge chipping green!!! Cool people play here!!

WONDERFUL venue for Wedding!! Joe, April and the staff were excellent, the food was delicious & the views spectacular! Joe and his staff were very accommodating and helpful; from the time we booked Bristol Oaks to the day after the wedding. They set-up the wedding venue exactly as we asked. They also took down all the decorations we had brought and had them packed up for us then next day to pick up. Couldn’t ask for better service. AC was newly installed and functioning well. I would definitely recommend Bristol Oaks for a wedding or any event.

Course is NOT maintained. Needed a drill to put tees in tee boxes. Weeds everywhere! Greens had so much missing grass and lines cut into it. $55 is not worth it. Only think making course palatable was the coupon for $25.

We had our Wedding here this weekend and it was amazing! Joe and our coordinator Mallory were so helpful throughout the whole process and made our day run smoothly. The food was delicious, all our guests were raving about it. The staff was wonderful and worked hard to make our day perfect. The golf course was beautiful for our ceremony and made for great pictures. We are very thankful to everyone at Bristol Oaks, this is a spectacular Wedding venue.

The course is well kept all around from tee boxes to greens and everything in between. 18 holes surrounded with lots of nature, you'll want to to take a picture. The staff was very friendly, stop in you'll see!

Friendly staff but the greens and tee boxes might be the worst I have ever seen on any course I’ve played. The rates to play this course are no where near justified.

3 stars is fair. Clubhouse employees were very nice and the course layout is great. However the course conditions were pretty rough, the greens have been punched to death for aeration and it made putting extremely difficult. I know they’ve had issues with their water this season and I’m sure that is the cause of a lot of condition issues. Positive note, the fairways were cut great and leaves were cleaned off, made for wonderful second shots. All in all, for the price it was a really good experience and I would definitely come back. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star… There is no question about this course easily being the worst in the state!!! Greens are by far the worst I’ve ever played, some were even half roped off missing grass and they were as hard as granite! This was my first time to this course and certainly my last… what a shame!
