In summary

St. Mark Golf Course, now known as The Links at Lakehouse, generally receives praise for its pleasant setting and helpful pro shop staff. However, many visitors have expressed concerns about the course conditions, including patchy greens and poor drainage, as well as issues with the cart paths. Additionally, the pace of play is often cited as slow, and some have experienced frustration with last-minute closures for private events and the lack of communication regarding course maintenance.

This course used to be nicer when it was St. Marks. I played today and the course was not in too good of shape. The greens had just been aerated and there was no mention when my buddy and I set our tee time. I have never ever golfed a course that has never notified the players of aerated greens and it's diabolical that they charged full price. Absolutely ruined our day of golf. The course is challenging but it's not worth the price that they charge. It's the tee time + cart fee which is horrible. Go play a better course for cheaper. I highly highly recommend this. Tee boxes could use some work…

Guy working the desk let people continue to buy range balls after we heard him say it would be closed for 20 min. We started with a delay, and once getting to the second hole there was 3 groups infront of us waiting to hit. We waited for 20 min. Called in. After we hit, a worker drove to us and asked us if we wanted to leave. We wanted to play 9 and get a credit. He said he wouldnt offer a rain check unless we left right now, and that it will get better after the 5th hole. We got to 9 holes before calling it. Took 3 hrs because of delays. I wouldnt go back. Not worth a 100$ round.

Avoid going on the weekends, we had a Tee time at 11:16am and it was soo backed up by the time we got to hole 2. Literally we were on track to play a 6 hr round. Took 3 hours to finish up the first 9 holes. The greens were not in good shape, there were patches on the edges, the cart path asphalt needs to be replaced. And the fairways were decent, not worth the green/cart fees if you ask me. Plus our cart gps was not working at all. The holes wouldn’t load at all, we requested a new cart twice and literally nothing happened. It got to the point where people were passing us by the 16th hole to l…

Played at The Links at Lakehouse and it was wonderful. Had some mud and standing water in some areas and the greens were aerated, but even with all that — I would go to this course every day and twice on Sundays. Don’t miss your chance to play golf here..

Played here today for the first time with a buddy and was paired with two nice 13 year old kids. On the 8th and 9th hole the group behind us hit into us and almost hit them twice. We then asked them nicely not to and they proceeded to try and fight us and threaten us. The pro shops only response was “ok I’ll tell them they can just play through and jump ahead of you”. Absolute clown show.

Went for lunch today and though it's pricey, we split a delicious tuna melt sandwich and fries. They are keeping everything very clean and disinfecting tables and chairs. Was fun to watch the golfers. Update: 3/29/22... Split the tuna melt. Very good still. I think our favorite thing to do is actually go for breakfast in the morning and split the breakfast burrito with the sausage in it. It is so good! It's nice and quiet and so peaceful in the mornings and watching the golfers on the driving range and putting green. They finally resurfaced the parking lot! It was so bad and we could barely m…

I usually never leave reviews. I've been playing Links for years (formerly known as St Marks). I get it that post COVID all golf courses raised their prices. I cant justify playing this course for $80-100 when the course cant drain water even after 3 weeks of rain (if you hit in the rough, several holes are swamp like on the sides), the greens are patchy (areas you shouldnt have to putt over) and overall just not in great shape. I also lost a club on Monday. Someone from the pro shop called me tuesday saying they found it. I went in on thursday and the guys working said they had no idea what I…

Played here about six times this year. Great place and the price matches the value. Good pace of play, extremely helpful pro shop and overall nice local community. GOLF Tip- decent amount of houses, course isnt too challenging only on the approaches. So no need to be overly aggressive off the tee box.

This place is great and is my choice for hitting balls. However, a couple times now I’ve driven there and been turned away due to a private event. I drove for 30 minutes in rush hour to meet my wife to play and eat. I turned up and they said it was a last minute corporate event sorry. Ok well can I get compensation they did not advise and was not on the website. They said I spent no money so no. Well I got it of work and drive through 30 minutes of traffic and was going to eat dinner. Can I get a free bucket or something). They said no. What sort of business runs this way. Extremely short sigh…

Good course, staff and value. However, longest round ever played, 5 hours to 14 hole and got dark. Waited 5 to 10 minutes on every tee box, several occasions two groups waiting on tee box. Should space out tee times better and charge more.

Played here early in the morning with my fiancé and had the best round (as in fun, not many birdies) the greens are fasttt and in amazing condition! My favorite part was the comfy newer carts though! Super nice 😊 will be back to par that five!

Fun course to play but dont lose anything on course because 'friendly staff' keeps them. In tournament, one of us left a really nice logo towel behind on green, where Marshall picked it up but never returned it to group..🫤
