In summary

Stonebridge Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained course, challenging yet accessible layout, and friendly staff, making it a favorite among golfers in the Charlotte area. The course's facilities, including the clubhouse and practice areas, are also appreciated, though some visitors feel the pricing is on the higher side compared to similar courses. Occasional criticisms include slow pace of play and minor issues with course conditions following rain.

Stonebridge Golf Club is an absolute gem that every golf enthusiast should experience, and the experience becomes even more enticing when you manage to snag one of their online deals. Having had the privilege of teeing off on this course multiple times over the last few years, I can confidently say it never disappoints. This meticulously maintained course offers a straightforward yet challenging layout that suits players of various skill levels. The fairways are lush, the greens impeccable, and the entire course is consistently in top-notch condition. The attention to detail is evident in eve…

Great course and golf club! The course fairways and greens were in great shape. The bunkers were understandably washed out from all of the rain the area has gotten. The Bermuda fairways are full, vibrant and well maintained. The bent grass greens are in great shape as well. It’s generally tough to keep bent grass greens looking this good in the south. The layout played fair and was fun altogether. There are enough water and sand hazards to make the course challenging but yet still playable. The landing zones are ample. The clubhouse is nice and kept in good condition. The driving range is a…

What a great golf experience! Beautiful course and facilities - friendliest.staff.EVER! Heavy rain the day prior to my round left the fairways pretty waterlogged and we had to play cart path only, but it was still a wonderful time. The greens were quick but fair and they layout is gorgeous. Would definitely play there again if I'm in the Charlotte area. Thanks for a great day 👍👍👍👍👍😊

Moved from Miami … was highly recommended by a friend. We got there and (totally my fault), mixed up my tee time. Got there probably a few minutes before the tee off. Paid, rushed through and got to the starter. This is when it went totally downhill. The lady (little on the retired side) went ballistic on us. Very rude and just simply told us that we would lose our tee time next time. Did not acknowledge my hello and my apologies. I said ‘my apologies’, no kindness at all and to top it off the other starter dude guy who was there didn’t even reply to my nod and hello. Felt totally disrespected…

I have been playing at Stonebridge since I arrived in Charlotte. Almost twenty years ago the greens were wonderful, the fairways were spectacular , the tee boxes and traps were great and the staff was the best. Consistency is so difficult. It is almost impossible to achieve. Well!!! Management has, over the years, figured out how to do it at Stonebridge. This is the best public course I have played in this area and it competes with the best private courses I have played. The layout is also a five star. The only way to improve the course is to tear down the tiny stone bridge on the 10 th hole a…

Other than adding a hideous housing development and switching the front and back nine this course is exactly the same as it was 10 years ago and the price has doubled. It’s An overpriced average Golf Course. there’s also no point in paying $100 when you can go down the street and play the same quality course for $30-$50 less. Just another corporate owned golf course that is being ruined. Not to mention they’ve had the same crappy superintendent for the last 20 years.

Beautiful Course! Had a great round at Stonebridge. Greens were in good shape. So where fairways and rough. Tee boxes were in great shape and so were the Sand Traps. Top rated course going into the Fall. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Excellent course, choose to play HERE for these reasons : Tee times are spaced well I think for as busy as it was. Marshalls were frequent all over the course riding around monitoring pace. Greens were right before aeration season and were PERFECT. Great blend of holes with some on house lines, some on tree lines, felt like a very well put together course! It's a fun course! Thanks Stonebridge!

This is my favorite track in Charlotte. I’d give it a 5-star rating, but the price is a bit much—$92 for the weekend in Monroe/Mineral Springs, NC. While I know it’s a busy course and they can charge that much, $80 would feel more in line with what the course offers. What I love most about this course is that it’s playable for golfers of all skill levels. Great course for betting. The front nine has 7 birdie holes and a reachable par 5, offering plenty of risk-and-reward opportunities. The back nine (which used to be the front until they flipped the nines a few years ago) is a little more chal…

Course was in very good shape. Played in 3:45. Greens punched last week but have healed nicely. Friendly staff. New carts with GPS.

Great back nine. More Florida style course than NC. Not the best place to play wet, but easy and accessible most days. Range cheap but wish they'd keep it stocked better. Often low balls in machine and no baskets. Practice area large and everyone friendly.

Course was nice. Although rain the day before left it waterlogged from tee to green. Definitely not worth $94 to play on a Saturday. Many other just a nice or more nice Course cheaper. Slow play was ridiculous. Foursome in frotn of us had 4 other groups backed up behind them. Ranger came by and said he told them they need to pick up the pace. Never happened. When about to make the turn he stated if they stop at clubhouse just past them to get in front. Told us on two different occasions. Finally told him we wanted to stop for drinks so why dont you do your job with them. They either keep up pa…
