Golfed in the afternoon on Monday, and was pleasantly surprised. I live in The Villages, and I think Stonecrest is absolutely comparable in the quality of golf. Greens were great. Fairways were really good condition considering the drought not being able to water too much, the only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the sand traps were not groomed very well. But that's a small issue. Good value, I will go again.

Met with my fellow Stonecrest bridge group on Friday and was very satisfied. I had the BLT (loaded with bacon) and the onion rings, which were very tasty! Service was great, prices were very reasonable and everyone was happy. Will be returning weekly for our bridge group. Glad to have an enjoyable restaurant again! - A thankful Stonecrest resident.

Admittedly I was nervous to play this course for the first time after seeing the “abysmal” comment from a few weeks ago but still wanted to give it a go. After experiencing the overwhelmingly friendly ladies in the pro shop and very nice starter things were off to a great start. As far as the course goes, sure there are parts of the fairways that are not in great condition but the reviews that only highlight the bad does this course an extreme disservice. Are you wanting to play a TPC condition course? Don’t come. Are you wanting a budget friendly round so it doesn’t hurt so bad after you sho…

Brand new restaurant at the Golf Course with very reasonable prices. The foods acceptable and the beer and wine are priced right. Nice staff, but there are no reservations and they close at 6 which is super early if you don't get home from work until 5:30pm. This is why I gave them 4 stars.

Good local restaurant. Good food and service. Clean and bright with lots of windows on a golf course. Menu is limited but is planning to increase choices. It's worth going to. The prices are reasonable. Enjoy yourself.

I was visiting Florida when my sister suggested that we go play golf at Stonecrest Golf course . We paid for an 18 and set off to enjoy this beautiful course that gives an impression of an easy course but is actually a pleasantly difficult course . I got into so many bunkers but was impressed by how easy it was to play out of these nicely sanded bunkers . The fairways are wide and well maintained and the greens were playing well . If I had time i would have loved to play another 18. The food at the club was great . Thanks guys for a beautiful experience. I will be back .

Played today (8/17/25) and the course is in VERY good condition. This course was a premier course 25 years ago but over the last 10-13 years it was trash. It was sold several times over the last several years and no money was ever put into it. I believe the current owners bought it a couple of years ago and have slowly been turning it around. It made me so happy to see this course back to a respectable golf course. As a self admitted golf course snob I fully endorse this course as of today. The only thing that will hurt them is if they allow the amazing progress to slip away. It was $50 for th…

Rude manager. Waitress cursed at us and the manager was ok with that. I said that they lost customer service. She was upset that I suggested that. And then the manager joined in with the Waitress by yelling at us. What's going on in this world. Stay away from these people.

Stonecrest is a great course for the value. The staff is fantastic, the course is in solid condition, and the value is unbeatable. Staff members like Larry and Emily make the experience even more special. Larry came out on almost every six holes to check on us, and Emily made sure we were taken care of better than any golf course I've ever been on. If I could give more stars I would.

Course is in abysmal condition.. used to play here in years past and have never seen the course in this bad of condition. Will only get worse as I don’t see any corrective steps.. would avoid this course for now. Photos are what the fairway is looking like
