Hacienda Hills Golf Club

One of the oldest most interesting courses in the villages. Trres are a factor in approach shots. Angles to green require precision tee shots. Overall a different an pleasurable golf experience. Different than Mallory, Cane etc.. Try it Worth the ride!

Most embarrassing and belittling experience i have had anywhere from a so called "ambassador " on this course. Out trying to enjoy time with family from Scotland and Switzerland while in town for an 80th birthday party and crossed paths with an ambassador (literally written across the front of his cart) who couldn't believe that one of our foursome had been allowed on the course without a collared shirt. He the then said "he should throw him off the course, and that he should buy a shirt at the clubhouse, but he was going to let it go this time". We had already been in the clubhouse and at the…

Golf course is in great shape. No longer a Country Club, and from what I hear, won't be. Would give it 5 stars, but disappointed there won't be a place for a cocktail after a round of golf. Lakes to Oaks. Can't wait to go back and play the Palms.

There is great food. One of the cooks named hanna Cooks the food perfect and puts lots of effort to make it presentable and enjoy her politeness. My compliments to a job well done on hiring a person with lots of integrity and hospitality. I will come back and bring lots of friends. 😃👍

Great grilled sandwiches. Definitely worth stopping by. We stopped by for lunch as first-time visitors on a cold and rainy day. The soup of the day was warm and delicious, a seafood bisque. We each tried grilled sandwiches. The bread was excellent tasty and crisp. They're special grilled cheese sandwich was quite delicious although it would be helpful to let everyone know that there is a healthy dose of horseradish in it which I don't believe was listed on the menu. For one of the oldest golf courses in the villages it was terrific. I gave it four stars because when you compare it to Arnold Palmer, or any of the other newer championship courses it's not five stars. You still will not be disappointed.

Newly remodeled but could use a good window cleaning. Everything echoes in the place meaning it very loud even with very few people. Food was ok, but was soooooo slow. Hopefully things will improve by our next visit.

Haven't played golf here yet, but I like the Country Club restaurant. Could use some updating, great pool bar for meeting friends. Usually you can get in here when the ❄ 🐦 are in town. The golf course is said to be good, just haven't gotten around to playing it yet. But it's on my to do list.

What a dreadful experience 4-13-2014. Server (Susan O) refused to smile, forgot coffee, made us clear our own dirty dishes, never refilled water, and didn't even acknowledge our tip! The carver now LIMITS the number of slices of prime rib (not really prime anyway) or ham, and the omelet preparer is offended if you take and artichoke heart onto your plate with a serving utensil....as if they don't have any more in the kitchen. We had invited guests because we've always been impressed with Hacienda Hills Sunday Brunch. NEVER AGAIN! This place has really gone down hill fast.

Three things about my experience yesterday. 1) The ladies in the pro shop at approximately 4:30pm were fantastic trying to help with my dilemma involving the key to my golf cart. Thank you so much for your wonderful attitude. 2) My frustration over my golf cart key promoted a thirst for a beer & sandwich and the guy that waited on me fixed a great grilled chicken sandwich with a cold beer. Thank you sir. 3) The ambassador on the golf course was conscientious enough to bring my pitching wedge. He also made sure I wasn’t lying by checking my bag to verify that I do have Calloway clubs. The new look and service after the recent renovation makes a lot of difference! Place is very nice, service is prompt and friendly and food is very good!! This will be one of my favorite haunts this side of town.
