In summary

Streator Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained and challenging golf course, which is considered a hidden gem and offers a good experience for players of all levels. The staff and owners are often described as friendly and accommodating, with the venue also being popular for events like weddings due to its quality food and reasonable pricing. However, some visitors have noted issues with customer service, particularly in the pro shop and during events, as well as occasional confusion navigating the course due to a lack of signage.

Course is great, definitely a hidden gem but the young man behind the desk never greeted us as we walked in, didn't offer any help being our first time at the course and made us feel like a burden when asking any kind of question. I gave this place a 4 star because the course is beautiful but they couldn't get 5 from me due to staff. Customer service is key. Maybe don't have teenagers running the pro shop on a Sunday unless they are taught how to deal with customers!

For the price I paid... Can't beat it. Only problem I had was it was a bit confusing navigating between certain holes, but nothing a few locals couldn't help out with and have a laugh about.

We had our sons wedding this weekend and held the rehearsal dinner here even though the wedding was at another venue. Do not misunderstand, if we could have, the entire wedding would have been here. We did have an outstanding venue for that as well. The staff is amazing to work with. Everyone raved about the quality of the food, it was awesome! The price was more than fair. I can honestly say if I/we had the opportunity we would book the Eastwood again without hesitation.I also have to add even though I do not golf, I did hear good things about the golf course as well. Seriously, you will not…

Fun 9 hole course - a hidden gem. Green's in great shape and just enough challenge to keep you honest. Was passing through on my way back from Bloomington and took a sight unseen chance. Did not disappoint.

The owners are great people, the food is good, and they have put this huge fancy tent up, for wedding receptions, or any kind of party. The golf course is always taken care of, it's great for amateurs, but dont get it twisted, it has it's challenging holes, so it's great for all levels of play.

Love the course but really need to put a Porta potty on the course. Sometimes the restaurant isn't open to stop in and it would be nice to have one one the course like all the other courses in the area do.

The service we had here for my cousin's wedding was honestly not very good. I couldn't even go to the bathroom without some idiot throwing away my drink, TWICE.

The food was fine. Good music but the server was bad. The room we were in was very cold. The waitress also forgot my salad. Rip. It was tiny too. Sad. This place was trash.

Wonderful staff, course in real good shape, least expensive course in the area, wish it was an 18 hole course.

This feels like a small Hometown course because it is and that's what they excel at and it is just a fun place to be around
