Tiger's eye 11/8 was a 5 star experience. Too many bad reviews. This isn't a flawless course, but the layout and staff make up for any bare spots or weeds I encountered. It's nice where it counts. I found myself sanding mine and many other fresh fairway divots each hole. Each green I repaired a half dozen ball marks. Its sad to see that people disregard this or just aren't aware. Tigers is best design of the cat's, Leopards chase best overall condition. This one has it's dings (none of which interfered with play), but the staff was the best I've encountered. The starter was very helpful with s…

I recently played here as a single. My tee time was 10:27! I arrived just before 10:00! When I got to the pro shop to check in there were ~6-8 guys paying and getting rental clubs (part of a bachelor party)! Once they finished, I finally paid and headed to the starter! It was 10:15! When I got down to the starter he looked confused when I told him I was single and my tee time was 10:27! They figured out that they sent out the twosome I was supposed to be around 10:00! So, they expected me to play by myself! I got to the first tee only to see a crowd of 8 guys (bachelor party) waiting to tee of…

It’s a shame the condition of the Tigers Eye course is in now. Few years back this was one of the premier courses in the area. Playing Tigers Eye was a treat. Now the fairways are bare, have been past three years regardless of the time of year. The cart paths are in poor shape. It’s a great layout with challenging yet fair design holes. Hopefully soon it will have the same faith has Rivers Edge and the Sea Trail courses, a new owner that wants to be in the golf business. Until then this native of Brunswick County will tee it up else where.

Played Tigers Eye course Friday 4/24. Terrible experience. Severely overbooked. No carts until 20 minutes before your round. Range was in absolute shambles. Had to use a 5 gallon bucket to get range balls. Staff was rude and has no respect for your equipment when loading/unloading. Course itself needs work all over. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Can’t understand how Leopards Chase is a sister course on the same property and is beyond night and day different start to finish from staff to course to the facilities.

Played here on 10 Dec and pace of play was quick for an afternoon round. Pro-shop staff was friendly, helpful and provided good direction to the 1st tee box. Greens were in good condition and bunkers were consistent but could use a little more attention. For a round of golf in Dec fairways were in decent shape. We have never played here in the summer but I would expect conditions to improve. The whole area is interesting with 72 holes available for play and more than one clubhouse. Would be worth a return trip to try the remaining courses.

First time playing Tiger’s Eye. Wilson at the pro shop was friendly and accommodating. Starter was upfront about course conditions being a little off, but I found the course to be in solid shape. Some rough bunkers here and there, but nothing worth taking a drop over, Greens were especially nice. Decent speed and rolled true. Excellent service all around. Will absolutely play again next year.

If I had to pick only one place to play golf, it would probably be at Ocean Ridge Plantation. I've played all of the courses in the Myrtle Beach area, and I've played here on multiple vacations. Tiger's Eye is one of my favorite courses, and I look forward to my next trip there.

Very poor service at the golf shop. The attendant at the golf shop just sat in his chair while I came up to the desk, did not greet me or asked if I needed something. Made it seem like I was disturbing him to get my stuff paid for. The course is pretty good. Some areas need a lot of maintenance and could use repairs. The landscaping around the course is terrible and needs to be touched up.

A really beautiful golf course. Absolutely gorgeous clubhouse. Greens were a little damaged over the winter but the fairways and bunkers are in great shape. Beautiful views of water falls, creeks, ponds and even the occasional gator. Keep your food on your cart in a safe place or the birds will find it and help them selves. Even the squirrels are friendly and seem to be looking for handouts. Excellent value! Will do again soon!

Played 3/17/23. I am an OK golfer and have played a number of courses. I am not sure why people gave this course such a bad review. Yep a couple rough cart path spots, but the greens rolled true and VERY fast. Fairways were also pretty good for this time of year as the bermuda is just now coming in. Really fun layout to play... not every holes is bang a driver off the tee. Knowing where to put your ball on the green is very important.

Played all 4 courses over 3 days. Overall they are decent courses. Tigers eye was fun and very scorable but the conditions were very subpar, piles of grass clippings covering the fairways, lots of overgrown weeds around the greens, and the greens were very fuzzy. Panthers run was in better condition but the greens had lots of patches and the hole placement would be right in the middle of a group of patches making the putting impossible. Lions paw was a little better but again the greens were subpar, very rough and bumpy. Leopards chase is by far in the best condition and the nicest course. As…
