In summary

The Pearl Golf Links is frequently praised for its beautiful and challenging course layout, well-maintained greens, and scenic views of the marshland and river. Visitors appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the value for money, especially compared to other courses in the Myrtle Beach area. However, some guests have noted issues such as slow pace of play, outdated facilities, and occasional lapses in customer service.

Just finished a big big golf trip in the Myrtle Beach area and without a doubt this was by far the best place I have played for the money. I would highly recommend it over the absorbent prices of some of the other Myrtle courses. this was easily comparable and a third the price. Not to mention, we literally were about the only group on the golf course at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday. Very Serene and tranquil beautiful views! Club House was a little outdated but from my understanding it's one of the older courses in the area. the pro shop was actually really nice with lots of great merchandise selecti…

The course and facilities are nice. One of the guys in pro shop was rude. We booked 3 tee times 11 golfers total. Green fees were pricey for area but I suggested this course bc I like the layout. After the round we paid for 9 more and the guy at pro shop said we booked 4 tee times and one didn’t show and said we “cost him money”. I understand no shows are annoying to them but we reserved 11 and paid for 11 plus had 8 players pay for 3rd 9. I expect a “thank you for playing with us” instead we were chastised. Luckily there are plenty of courses in the area that will be happy to host our group.

Always a fun time. The 3 9's are always in great shape. Rain unfortunately ended our round, but totally worth it.

Enjoyable course. Terry working the pro shop was a standout. Very courteous. Unfortunately, we had to wait 35 minutes past our schedule time to tee off and the beverage cart never made a round. This kept from being a 5 star or lower

Nice coastal track with holes on or near salt marsh. 3-9 hole configuration that challenges but is fair. Greens in nice shape

Bad experience at Pearl Golf links, shame on them. I brought a party of 8, the course was in deplorable condition. That’s not so bad, this happens. The issue I had is I called 2 months in advance to ask if they would be aerated or if we would be experiencing any other project, or work on the course. The answer was no, it would be in good shape, nothing could have been further from the truth. We weren’t allowed to ride the carts in ANY fairway, they were doing a ‘reseeding.’ We played off dirt. The greens were recovering from some type of ‘punching/dragging’ which made putting a nightmare. Again…

This was my first visit to The Pearl and I really enjoyed my time. I had to rent clubs and everyone at the Pro Shop and Clubhouse were all very welcoming and helped get me going for 18 holes of golf. The links were beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area looking to play some golf. Thanks, everyone at The Pearl for a fun day.

First timers. Had a great time hitting balls and talking to the pro shop guy. Hubby and I decided to stop into the restaurant for a beverage. I know it’s Christmas Eve, but the young lady was clearly not happy to be there. We tried to talk to her and…nothing. She left for the pro shop and another guy sat for several minutes until I walked over to the pro shop to tell her she had a customer. It would have been a perfect experience if she had been friendly at all. We said Merry Christmas as we walked out, and didn’t even get one back.

Our last day of golf ⛳ Thee course was great. The weather was awesome and we got to see our first gators, we don't get them on courses in Canada! We even had to leave a ball behind, no worries!

The course was in great shape. Fairways and greens were perfect. Nice club house. The guys at the carts were very friendly. The only issu is the mosquitoes are horrible. Take bug spray. They were nice enough to let us use theirs. I hope they find a way to spray the course to kill them. Other than that a great course. I recommend playing this if you're in the area. Should be more pics but like I said mosquitoes were awful and you couldn't stop long on some holes.

Beautiful changing vistas every few holes - large open expanses, woodland areas with large lines and then multi-mile views of Carolina marshland and waterway. Course design and variety top notch. Fun playing 6 Par 5's along with 3 Par 3's on the West to East set of nines.

The course was in great shape and the value was good. We had one cart guy, Mike, who was unnecessarily rude. The other staff were friendly. Great value if you go on Golfnow.
