What People Say

In summary

The Challenge at Oak Forest is praised for its excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, and a variety of amenities, including new pickleball courts and indoor simulators. Visitors appreciate the quality of the food and the ongoing improvements under new ownership. However, some note that the golf course requires repairs, particularly to the cart paths and bridges, and the setting near busy areas can be less appealing.

Great atmosphere and food, loved the patty melt. The bread was the icing on the cake.

This review is for Loni (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly)! Loni is the best! She’s so fun, always takes great care of us, and just makes hanging out at the club that much better. She remembers everyone’s drinks, is super friendly, and always makes you feel welcome. I can honestly say she’s one of the main reasons I look forward to coming in. Loni is an absolute gem behind the bar!

We went for a small wedding. There were about 40 people at the event and the ceremony and reception were held in the same upstairs room. I wouldn't suggest more than 60 people for your event. I noticed a gym/weight room down stairs but it was locked. Plenty of parking.

Crossing Creeks is becoming the premier golf course and country club for Longview and East Texas. Love the dining facilities and all the recreational amenities.

It’s okay for Longview , not River Oaks country club in Houston for sure. The cars honking and being right in front of china king and burlingtons is a bit of an eye sore . It gets the job done
