The Colonial Golf Course

This is my favorite course in Oceana County - course is in great shape - greens are fast and perfectly maintained. I love the layout - a great mix of easier and hard holes with some decent elevation changes and some neat views down to greens. Wide accessible fairways and greens but you have to put it the right spots to score well. Locally owned with friendly staffed. Great patio and dining area overlooking the driving range and putting green and 1st tee. Highly recommend.

For all the rain we’ve had this spring this course is in great shape. Nice layout coupled with nice variety of terrain makes it playable no matter what your skill level is. Coming from Muskegon it’s a bit of a drive but well worth it.

We’ll I don’t get a chance very often to play the West side of Mi courses & this one so just terrific. The entire course is well taken care of, the aprons are like they should be and in some cases are better than the greens elsewhere so I included some pictures of them below. This just a fun track to play and on Fridays it’s only $20.00 with the cart which is a real deal. I’ll be back for sure.

Always wanted to play this course, passing it on the highway so many times. The course is awesome, challenging holes and lots of great chances for birdies, staff was great, friendly and helpful even with our large group

Solid golf course...usually well kept. Besides the 18 hole Colonial course..a very long executive 9 hole par 3-4 course (Heritage) is available. Standard pro shop, with a tasty food/drink option at Sullys..they do need a larger bourbon selection tho😁. Full practice areas complete this very solid facility.

As a local that has golfed around the country at multiple highly rated courses we are spoiled to have this gem in our back yard. The people that make this course function are incredible.

Fantastic course. Friendly and helpful staff. This is my first time up here in Michigan, but hope to return and get to play this course again. I played the 18 hole course. It has tons of unique shots, needing accuracy and yardage control. Greens were down right perfect, smooth and quick, receptive to the right approach shot. No two holes played the same. If staying in Silver Lake/Hart area, this course is a must play.
