In summary

The Knoll East Golf Club is generally appreciated for its well-maintained greens, courteous staff, and value for money, making it a popular choice for golfers of varying skill levels. The course offers a mix of challenging and more open holes, though some find the layout narrow and potentially hazardous due to close proximity between holes. While the amenities, such as food options, receive positive feedback, some visitors have noted issues with pricing and restroom facilities, as well as occasional slow pace of play.

very narrow course. almost killed a couple of people by missing by about 5 yards to the left on the 16th hole par 3. Have not seen so many people walking. Booked the night before there is a reason why the course was open. That said the hot dogs were excellent after the 9th. Very slow course.

A moderately challenging and beautiful course with not too much crowd.

Horrible. Played 9 holes walking with my 16 &13 year old boys at 530pm and they charged me $140. Never going back.

A great and quick 9 holes today on Labor Day weekend for reasonable price. The staff is courteous and kind, and the course is in good shape despite the aeration on 3 or 4 greens on the front 9 that I played - it must be done. The restroom facilities are poor, but hooray for the brand new golf range nearby! I would definitely return.

Attended a wedding here. Grounds were beautiful. Dance floor was a decent size. Staff seemed helpful. Food was good. They had ample amounts of food, though not tremendous variety. Overall a good time and easy to get to from the highway.

Never played here before 2017. Already played twice this year. Short course. Front nine will challenge your accuracy. Back nine is more open. Greens are tough. Staff is very friendly. Not the best course around but a decent one.

The Knoll is a pretty nice, fun course with kind people. Bit expensive, walked 9 last week with a push cart for $38 which is a bit steep but also it's in boonton/montville/parsipanny so people around got the money so I don't blame them.

I play this course every other week during the spring/summer for a work league. We do 9 holes after work so I've played a solid thirty full rounds or so over the past few years. Course is in decent shape - greens are usually good except a few on the back near the river where the geese can sometimes make a mess. They like to keep the rough long pretty much everywhere especially when it gets hot. A few areas can be a bit bare - our league plays winter rules all year, though I usually don't take advantage unless I'm on a dirt patch.

A very nice golf course for the money you pay. It's a little short but challenging, with small greens that have so speed to them. Have fun and enjoy.

Been playing here since I lived in Parsippany. For the most part the course is kept in pretty good shape, though some years are rougher on it than others. Easy to get a tea time and a good course for differing skill levels for sure.
