The Legend at Arrowhead

For the summer rate, not a bad price for what you get. Some areas of fade out to dirt, but all in all very good condition for one of the hottest June's on record in the Phoenix Metro. Nice proshop and food and beverage area, good practice facility with decent sized putting green. Had a great time golfing Legends at Arrowhead on a cool 55° degree day, when it was 14° where I came from. 😁 The course was in great shape, especially the fareways. On some holes, the line between the fareway and the rough was so distinct, it looked like artificial turf was laid down. The greens were in great shape and fast. After a couple holes getting used to them, I was putting real well. The only thing I didn't care for was that the driving range is parallel to the first hole. Lucky for this place is a private course. But just a heads up the staff here are disrespectful and if your not the right shade rude. Came as a spectator only to be told I couldn't lay to rent a cart I had to be handi cap. Get out on the course and it was pretty evident handi cap was not the issue it was my definitely the darker skin complexion. Not a single person in a cart was handi cap, and I was the only family walking happened to also be the only family of color.go figure

The Legend used to be a favorite course of mine. I am sure I have golfed it over 100 times, but that all changed yesterday. While on my way home from work I decided to stop and hit some range. When I walked into the proshop the man behind the desk gave me a look of disgust and asked me if I had golf attire. I was told he didn't like my tee-shirt. This Course is a players Dream. Clean tight tee boxes, wide rolling fairways with nicely positioned bunkers. Large smooth greens that slope back to front with just enough undulation to give you a good challenge. I highly recommend this course. Game on folks.

Checked the website where it stated it was a public course drove there to go to the driving range only to find out. It’s a private course and not welcome. Plus the pro shop has a funky smell.

On 9/9 I booked a tee time for 9/18 for a friend's birthday party and paid full price entirely up front. There was a note on the tee time saying they were undergoing some construction so only the back 9 would only be available but would be finished 9/16. Since my tee time was two days after this no problem. Upon arriving at the course we were notified that they were still undergoing construction so the back 9 was the only thing available. Since I paid up front and didn't cancel outside of 24 hours no refund... Ok, we'll just play the back twice since it's not under construction like the fron…

Itty Bitty Open was a great experience. I am thankful golf is introduced to the littles in a fun way and an opportunity for dad and the kids to have fun in a sport that's for everyone. Any adult and child can participate.

I’m gonna make this simple, if you are arcis just stay away, rudeness factor of most employees is terrible and the course isn’t worth the money they charge. Arcis will not ever reach out to you. They are greedy and they want your money and care nothing about your experience.. look at the courses they own and the reviews they have.. if you want this review down maybe come to my level and and call me instead of ignoring peoples concerns and then letting your horrible employees belittle someone to the point they finally have enough and make a scene to prove a point.. AHHH yes the country club what a place great facilities great locker room. We use the racquetball courts. It's probably now expanded bigger. Nice weight room. ACs were always working. Nice facilities. Would take pictures, but I'm blind. What's the point I wasn't then and I don't know if I could do it now because I'm not a member anymorebut alas, I'm gonna give them a good review because while they deserve it if you need to bring peppermint oil the freeway has caused a lot of debris the construction you might need to keep yourself fresh however you do.

Decent play, a little pricey, tight fairways, rolling greens, actually pretty tough course. But golfing a tough course or not it still beats working.

Beautiful golf course. But who wants to play where it’s a dog park, walking park, bike & scooter riding park now that Covid-19 is in play!? And the golf course workers try to run off the walkers & they just ignore them!
