In summary

The Links at Bentonville Golf & Country Club is appreciated for its reasonable rent and variety of amenities, including a golf course, playground, and swimming pool. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about maintenance issues, pest problems, and safety incidents, as well as dissatisfaction with certain staff interactions. While some residents have had positive experiences with management and property upkeep, others have reported challenges with noise, security, and customer service.

I've lived here for I believe 5 years now, and I have had such a positive experience! Lindsey gets a bad rep but I think it really depends on the property. Maintenance resolves issues quickly. Most maintenance requests are responded to the same of next day. And next day is usually because the request is put in later in the day. Management has been easy go work with. There have been some times there were some hiccups, but they have been gracefully resolved and I think it had to do more with someone new in the office who is no longer there. The property is maintained. Since I have lived here, t…

The grounds other than the golf course are hardly maintained. The apartment interior is so dated and worn. Our place was overrun by brown recluse spiders. All the cleaning after moving in and scrubbing everything enough to feel at home. We then moved out and they used our deposit to replace things that were several years past needing it saying we were the ones who caused it? What a scam! We even had a maintenance guy right in front of a manager say wore their place is immaculate. So yeah, that’s my opinion.

I was experiencing a pest issue within the first year of renting out an apartment within this location, it took over a year before they did anything about it. Me and my neighbors have experienced times when the maintenance people go through your personal stuff, even though they're only supposed to inspect deficiencies within the structural integrity of the common areas in a renters apartment. If you're the type that likes the chill renting life, rent from any other possible apartment. Rent from across the street, on the other side of town, anywhere but here.

I am consistently cleaning, and we have regular pest management, but I still can’t get rid of all the roaches. There is also a lot of police in the area, so it’s a little annoying to be pulled over for minor things like my lights, just to be told that I’m good to go. I also got annoyed with the golfers. I would hear golf balls hitting my window or barely miss me when I was walking. The staff were very helpful and took safety seriously as there were some events that occurred with one of my neighbors and others around the area. We do have people who will speed through the neighborhood and that c…

Nice apartment complex next to a golf course with a playground and swimming pool. Rent is reasonable.

The last place I would recommend to anybody To keep it short, after living in this complex for two years, there was not one entire week without a safety or noise issue. During the first year, I had to call and report to the police on at least seven separate occasions on one family living below my unit. Another neighbor and I shortly realized that there was a family of at least 8 people living in this two bedroom unit. One of the older male occupants from this unit would regularly walk around with a firearm somehow tied to his gym shorts, who ended up being arrested on the seventh call to the…

Let me just start by saying I have been playing golf for 13 years of my life, 5 years in high school and I have NEVER been treated so poorly like I was yesterday at this Links course. I usually always go to the one on Rainbow Road because it is a beautiful course, however I booked the wrong one online and went ahead and went to play my 9 holes. I walked in and was told that I owed an extra $20 on my booking and the nice older man couldn’t figure out why so he went and grabbed the manager? I’m not sure what or who he was but he was a middle aged man that had no motivation to get anyone on the…

Very rude front desk little girl, don't ask to many questions, better not make her repeat her self, or she will hang up on you!! Poor management could do a lot better..they way the treat there tenants are ridiculous!!! What happened to a little hospitality? I'd fire some of these people who are there just to collect a check and not do there part..

To start: This is my observation & is in no way to disparage specific people, just to give individuals seeking potential residence here an overview of what occurred during my time here. I lived in a 1bd/1ba, priced at $675/mth with a year lease. There was paint on my fridge, the ice machine did not work causing me to purchase my own ice tray. The under part of my sink was missing a panel and looked water damaged. Slowly, the paint began to chip off my door frame, the drawers, and walls, there were a lot of spiders oddly enough. No matter how many times I told them about this, I ended up buyin…

I stayed in Links for 1.8 months, the community is very good. I just love the maintenance service, they are very quick. Also they steam vacuum the carpets every 6 months and pest control also. I have stayed in many other apartments, when we vacate every apartment wait to raise a bill for the damages with are even very minor. But links never did that they are very genuine they charged for cleaning and painting from my deposit and refunded me the remaining amount. which was very good of them. if you are looking for a budget friendly aprtments links is the best.

We’ve loved living here! The staff is always friendly and helpful. There’s a playground in the middle of campus that my son adores. The neighborhood is full of families with young kids so there’s never any wild parties or crazy noise. Love the pool and the hot tub too!! I’ve lived in apartments in both Rogers and Fayetteville over the years and this one has had the most to offer/most value. Everyone seems respectful of the many cultures you’ll find here as well. Truly a wonderful place. ♥️
