In summary

The Links at Dardenne is appreciated for its challenging course layout and generally friendly staff, with some visitors noting the potential for improved conditions following rain. However, many reviewers express concerns about the current state of the greens, slow pace of play, and increased pricing under new ownership, which they feel does not reflect the course's present condition. Additionally, some guests have experienced issues with course management and communication regarding course conditions and policies.

Have golfed here in the past and enjoyed it but the condition of the course was a bit rough. At least half the greens were like the pictures. Awful condition and we were not told when checking in when paying regular price. Went in afterwards to tell them we were disappointed in the greens. He said they were fixing them today. Punching and overseeing. He also stated that is why they offer free lunch and beer. I suggested a discount for those who are not interested in lunch and letting customers know when checking in. Hopefully the greens will come back soon. I would not recommend playing the co…

Our foursome was booked to start at 12:56 on Saturday, February 28th. We started roughly 30 minutes late. Pace of play was horribly slow with no on course marshall moving groups waiting far too long to hit. At check in pro shop staff informed me that our green fee would have been $25 less with tee times after 1 pm. We did not begin til 1:25, yet there was no apology or rain check offered for the lack of on course marshalling and frustratingly slow round

We played today. April 18 2026. It rained so hard the night before and they still let us out. Path only. This course will be in great shape in 2 weeks. When it dries out. Hands down to the restaurant. Good end food. Tasty I suggest this in may 2026

Nice round of Golf today. A few greens are in less than ideal condition but overall very good. Club house is being remodeled but they have improvised quite well in the interim. Looking forward to the new club house later this year.

Around Easter the course was in great shape. Sunday, not so much. It’s insane to charge $80 for a round when EVERY green looks like this. Every green was complete mush. Fairways and tee boxes also starting to get worse.

3 months ago, course was in great shape and pace of play was good. Played last week and the greens are in horrendous condition(must be 75% dead if I had to put a number to it) also teed off 12 minutes after our tee time and the group in front of us was 1.5 holes behind the next group, but no marshal out there to encourage them to speed up or to not play the back tees when they couldn’t hit more than 150yards or in the fairways off the tee.

If you enjoy a 6+ hour round of golf we'll then have i got a deal for you! Expect to tee off at least 30 minutes late and spend 6 hours on the course... mostly waiting while the incredibly over booked pace of play grinds along. Make friends with the group ahead of you and probably 1 or 2.... or 3 groups behind you. You will be seeing them A TON!

Pace of play = horrible Price to play = horrible Greens= exceptionally horrible You have to charge when wanting a drink instead of just paying with cash.=horrendous I've been coming to this course for about 25 years and I've never seen the greens in the shape they are in, go up to the pro shop to pay and nothing was mentioned about the god awful greens and they charge me 79 dollars plus tax to play that dog track. Always over booked. I think greed has sat in and they took the enjoyment out of this course when it's $40 for 18 holes overpriced. Long time player will no longer play this course un…

Well….new ownership is in town and they are quickly making this course down hill just like The Bluffs. First of all, $90 to play a round of 18 at this course is outright insanity. The greens are in horrible shape and you can just tell that the quality of everything involved in this beloved golf course in the past is now doomed. Won’t be back. The community is talking Links, you’re running good people out of there with the new control of this awful management group.

Played out there today and WOW.. what a disaster this once beautiful course has turned into. 17 of the 18 greens are nothing but dirt.. no grass. The fairways seem to have had some sinking/erosion issues as well. Pace of play was a disaster (no Marshall) and what they are charging is outrageous for a course in this condition. Used to love going there.. wont be back .

From the moment I entered this clubhouse I was uncomfortable. The course manager made me feel uncomfortable. His name was Houston when I entered the clubhouse I was still wearing a T-shirt and shorts, and I fully intended on changing clothes before I played but the first thing Houston did was to tell me that I wasn’t dressed properly for his course. I simply explained to him that it was my first time playing the links at Dardenne, and that I fully intended on changing before I played and I grabbed a course shirt off the rack. I also grabbed a signature course ball and a dozen golf balls as wel…

Great employees/staff; management seems nice the few times we’ve interacted. Peace of play and getting things going has got to be improved though. I’ve played there the last three weekends and haven’t gone on-time at first tee in any trip. Have always been at least 12-18 minutes later than booked time. Course conditions this season all things considered (the rain), they’ve been pretty good. Greens really need some focus or respect/love from players to repair their ball marks. Cart staff are nice but serving cold hot dogs needs to be looked in to. Will play again though.
