Misspoke earlier, but statement still stands, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Never have I had a to put in a money order or cashier's check until today. I communicated with the office that my rent would be late this month, and I've done this in the past. In the previous times, I've just gone about paying rent in normal fashion, either online or through the app, +$20 fee when late in the past, but now, totally out of left field, the office is making me go get a money order or cashier's check, deliver it in person to the office, because my "account is locked" and go about a whole bunch of unnecessary BS…

A good starter affordable apartment right outside of Edmond with units under $900 at least when I lived there. The units are dated and small but pretty affordable. The maintenance team was always responsive in under 24 hours and I think they were the best part of my experience. The office wasn't bad either. Downside was that the units were old, so walls seemed thin and we could always hear too much of our neighbors, especially the bad ones. I will start this by saying I own the original mistake here. I left my wallet in my golf cart. I will tell the story and you can judge. I will also get to the actual golf course at the end. So, after 18 holes of golf, I left the Links course at 3:20 p.m. and then received a call at 4:03 p.m. today letting me know they had my wallet (business cards were in it). Good news - my credit cards were still intact, so I don't have to mess with canceling those. I had planned on rewarding the staff member that called me, and the person that turned it in if they were still there, but the cash was gone.…

Just a few days into moving in so far so good haven’t dealt with any issues like a lot of other people are speaking about in other reviews it’s pretty clean the golf course is nice pretty safe to walk around. They’ve got lots of things you can do. Gym, volleyball, basketball, tennis or swimming. No mold or bugs YET although our heat doesn’t work at the moment maintenance has not fixed it but they did give us a portable heater to use. Besides that’s I have no complaints if anything pops up I’ll come back to this.

BEWARE‼️If i could give this complex a 0 stars i would. People constantly speed in the parking lot with no care in the world. There is black mold that maintenance will not come take care of!! There is clumps of hair in the washer and in cabinets. The dryer doesn’t work and the vents are so caked in dust it’s insane… DONT MOVE HERE… it’s disgusting, the office staff are rude as hell and maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The walls are so damn thin you can everything that happens in the next apartment i regret ever moving to this disgusting and unprofessional apartment complex

I liked the location of the apartments, but the complex has trash everywhere and broken glass outside of garbage bins. It seems like no one living there cares about presentation or cleanliness. The manager named Chasity sent out a note that said “Reminder to keep our property clean.” That definitely got through to people….NOT! I don’t really know what all work she does, if any. Mold all over my vents, cabinets and walls. All maintenance did was change out the vent but not clean inside the duct so mold spread again. I started developing a cough from the amount of mold. Horrible apartments. Honestly so fed up with the way they treat their residents. I am literally trying to pay my rent right now online and they REFUSE to let me because I was a day late which never happens I just forgot and now they’re making me have to find a place when I get off work very late to get a money orders worth $1200 to take to them to pay rent which IVE BEEN PAYING ON TIME FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Nice fun course for the money. Affordable- and Mark at the pro shop is very nice and accommodating. This is a links course sitting within an apartment complex; so it’s tight and you have to pay attention to where you’re going. All in all though, definitely will go back - had a good time…

DO NOT LIVE HERE! BLACK MOLD, NON COMMUNICATIVE FRONT OFFICE, THEFT, ROACHES AND MORE! My roommate and I lived here from 2022 to 2024. We were supposed to move in early February, got told we had to move in January 29th or we would lose our unit, but they didn’t even have our keys ready until 7PM that night. The apartment was in horrible condition. Highlight being the black mold in the shower that was caulked over. I was absolutely DISGUSTED having seen the OVERWHELMING AMOUNT of dog poop INSIDE THE GATED DOG PLAY AREA!!! Photo marks most in red but all the black marks not highlighted are actually piles ALSO just too much to mark every one! Ridiculous! Other than that I love the living space. The Links is a great complex to live in if you like to drive a car that has no windows in it. Photos were taken 10/16/2022. My car has been broken into 3 times in this complex.
