In summary

The Links at Riverside is appreciated for its friendly and accommodating staff, as well as its challenging layout and scenic location near the Mississippi River. The course offers a fun and fast-paced golfing experience, particularly for beginners, with affordable green fees. However, many visitors express concerns about the condition of the greens and fairways, noting that maintenance is needed to improve the overall quality of the course.

This course has so much potential being close to downtown. The greens are in horrible shape. The fairways will come back with some TLC. The city needs to invest in this park because it's a hidden jewel. The staff and volunteers are super nice and friendly and they have the best burgers in town!

Course was challenging. Leaves made it tough to find wayward shots. Not the best, but it was Sunday golf with my brother. What more could I ask for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were really well taken care of. My only suggestion is the city give them some mobile blowers to help move the leaves to be mulched.

Course matinance is awful. Greens are absolutely terrible. Im all for a value, the price is good . However ill never be back there are other courses in the are either a similar price point that have exceptional quality. This course just seems like they don't care at all.

Came out after a rainy morning for golf. First time here. Little confusing on the course. No cart path around course. Made our way through it. Good 9 hole course. Will be back and try it again. Course and greens need a little TLC. Staff was great.

Great place for beginners. Course was in pretty good shape except for the greens. Since they are only open Saturday, Sunday and Monday, I guess they felt the need to scalp them.

Played 5 holes then left today, 5/11. Staff was excellent! Most of the greens and a few of the tee boxes were a majority dirt. Sad that the city makes fine folks work and be the face of their inability to deliver on this course.

Great 9 hole course. I hope they can get 2 of the greens fixed. Course layout is good. Staff is very friendly.

This golf course is small, no cart paths, 9 holes. They sell beer and drinks! Their hotdogs are 10/10. They do have golf carts but if it rained the day before you have to walk. The staff is so nice and amazing!! The course has 2 par 5s, and a few par 3s but are mostly 4s. It gets crowded on beautiful days so get there early. They have a large parking lot and is easy to get in and out of! The drive is a bit bumpy but that aren’t that many cart rules. There are several hills and the breeze coming off the Mississippi can mess you up on hole 2.

This course was a disaster from start to finish. We showed up for our scheduled tee time and the power was out apparently so we had to stand around and wait 30 minutes for someone to come check us in and was accepting cash only. They also could not provide any food or cold drinks except for chips and no bathrooms. The carts are very cheap electric ones and would putter for a few yards and then die, repeating this process over and over. It would have been faster to just walk I think. It had just rained too so the whole course was like a swamp and there are no cart paths or signage of where to g…

This is a fun course to play. It plays extremely fast. The lay out is a kittle cinfusing and the greens are all that great but the old trees and the layout next to the river makes up for that. The course is over a 100 yrs old so there history there. The course is not on great condition but for the price it worth it

Great course for folks new to the game. Seldom busy, challenging, but forgiving. Fairways sometimes get patchy in the summer because this municipal course has no irrigation and very few cart paths. Good chance to see a Bald Eagle, Mississippi Kites, Deer, and maybe a Python someone abandoned.
