We have worked with Haley at Thousand Oaks for several years to plan our credit union holiday party. Communication is great. She is quick and efficient in planning and providing estimates and floor plans. On the evening of our event, the staff was absolutely wonderful. One of the servers even helped one of my guests who uses a cane to walk with getting their plate to the table and ensuring they had everything they need. We host our Board and Management Christmas Dinner here every year, and once again the event was fantastic. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the food was amazing—especially the tenderloin carving station, which was a highlight of the evening. Haley is always a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is just right. She truly helps make our event seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and look forward to many more events here.

We just had our wedding day at Thousand Oaks and it was magical! We got ready around noon in the locker rooms Our ceremony was outside at 4:30pm and just perfect. Our cocktail reception was at the outdoor fire pits and dinner/dancing upstairs at the Oak Leaf Lounge. Guest count 55. The room was the perfect size for our event! We recently had an event in the Oak Arbor Room. Every staff member was not only professional, but also kind. The food was amazing and the venue was perfect. From initial inquiry to when the last attendee left, our event ran flawlessly. Room set-up and catering were exactly as requested, and onsite staff were readily available and accommodating to our small changes. Would definitely recommend this venue for any occasion!

We had a rehearsal dinner in the upper room at Reds. The space was intimate which allowed for great group and individual conversation. The food was excellent and our service was top notch!

We had our wedding reception at Thousand Oaks and it was beyond perfect! Haley was so wonderful to work with for planning. Her prompt communication helped ease all of our stress and anxiety that typically comes with planning a wedding. She made herself readily available to answer questions and was very accommodating of last minute needs. The event itself went seamless! We received so many compliments about the food! We couldn’t recommend Thousand Oaks enough and are so happy with how our reception turned out!

I had my daughter’s bridal shower at Thousand Oaks in the Oak Leaf lounge. We had 30 attendees but it could easily accommodate 50-60. The food was delicious (basil pesto chicken, herb roasted potatoes, broccolini, Mac&chs and garden salad.) Everything was cooked to perfection beautifully presented. The staff was very organized, efficient and friendly. We had a lemon theme bridal shower, so I had yellow napkins and brought lemon table runners and did pitchers with fresh lemon for centerpieces. My company (Lassonde) recently utilized Red's events at Thousand Oaks Golf Club for a retirement celebration for one of our colleagues. We had over 20 guests. The food was phenomenal, drinks were great, and service was impeccable. Special shout out to Clare and Ara for taking care of my team so well!
