What a change from the last time I played here, around 2yrs ago. They have done so much work and it’s in the little details that make the difference! Fairways and greens are maintained very well, grass around hazards is cut, which means it won’t stop your ball from going into it, but the beauty of a well maintained course is second to none! The staff are all really cool people, from gentlemen in the clubhouse to guys changing pin placements on the greens, awesome people! Fairways grass were thin but with it being winter still and the snow storm that just came through 3 weeks ago, it’s understa…

Staff is very friendly and accommdating. Carts were great with GPS. Course was okay for the time of year, fairways hard and fast. The greens are mostly turtleback and bumpy and didn't hold shots into them well. They are new and not mature yet. Front 9 which is the more open than the back but that's not saying much. Although not as narrow it certainly had it's challenges. The back nine was the more difficult of the two. Overall, it was a fair value for the round of golf.

Fun course to play. Most of the greens were in great shape and rolling fast when I went. The course is full of hills with a few blind tee shots that make it fairly challenging. Overall it is a great value for the course.

I have played this course around 6 times this year (2025). I have always been treated well and the conditions of the course have always exceeded my expectations. The course is very challenging. The carts have gps and digital scorecard built in which is amazing when you forget your range finder. They even started running a drink/snack cart this past Friday 7-11-25. It is currently cash only so bring some cash to help them out. The only complaint I have are the rough cart paths. However, given the amount of trees in the area it is near impossible to keep a smooth surface with the roots growing u…

I've been a member at Trails End for five years, and the course keeps getting better. Its well-designed holes and beautifully maintained greens and fairways, thanks to an excellent grounds crew, make every round enjoyable. The friendly, helpful staff and well-kept clubhouse add to the experience. Recent upgrades, including new golf carts, enhance this hidden gem nestled in the backwoods of these piney hills. Visitors are consistently impressed by its quality. Highly recommend Trails End for a great golf experience!

I have played Trails End for over 25 years. I have seen the course in bad shape over the years. No grass on fairways or greens in past years. Jonathan, Jeff and staff have done a great job getting the course in the shape it's in now. Big Thank You! The clubhouse and course are always clean, well maintained. Always a great time.

Don’t bother spending your money here if you aren’t a member. The Marshall will make your entire group wait so that the “members” can go ahead of you. The fact that you are a paying customer means nothing to them. Waste of time and money. Go spend it somewhere that you matter at, not here.

Course was great and love making the drive for the course but the staff was extremely rude, snatching my id out of my hand for military discount and halfway through telling my group we need to hurry up. No one complained and we let people play through. I paid my $55 for me to enjoy not for the people behind me to enjoy
