This was the worst food I've had. 1st the food came in Styrofoam containers (bad for our planet ) 2nd the red potatoes were wedges someone would serve eggs. 3 The cabbage was cold. 5 Mozzarella sticks were very very small . 6 The wings were the smallest I have had. They only offered appetizers. Soo very 😡 upset

It's nice and quiet . They need to do something about that alcohol and that menu and their hours. For those that are here, year round.

My grandparents lived here in the 1980s and early 90s. They had lots of friends from the greatest generation who lived in the community. Fond memories of the pool and great winter weather. Was very hot in the summers of course. Clubhouse was always fun and had a great pool table. Palm desert was close by and they enjoyed the Elks.

Great place to live.! Nice people, well kept golf course. I don't play golf but am willing to pay the monthly fee of approx $260 to keep the amenities nice. Neighbors are great and helpful. Be aware, though, some people are able to buy homes without buying the land. They are then considered "renters" and aren't treated well. The over 55 community is terrific. The family section needs a little work.

Great place to live. TriPalms offers a golf course, swimming, restaurant and bar, hot tub, pickle ball, pool table, tennis. Lots to do, and very affordable living. Several homes for sale at this time. Stop by and see!

Good place. It does have a swimming pool and spa. Could use a bit of extra cleaning along with a funky smell in the bathroom in the clubhouse. Other than that a great place Update: the funky smell in the club house is gone. Yay!! Also both of the main pools and spas are looking extra clean and very pretty

This is a senior community with mobile homes. I have lived here for 38 years. You must have one person over 55 . started in 1960s Then they wanted to get a loan. The requirement was to build a selection for family's. This was when we moved here in 1970. We moved here with 3 of our young children. Two of our older children were gone. We enjoyed this park for many years. Learned to play golf. They also have tennis. 4 swimming pools. A club house with dinners. Actives. We found this was a good place to raise our family.

My husband and I bought a house here on the golf course in April 2020. It has both mobile/manufactured and stick built houses. In general, we have enjoyed our experience: learning to play golf, pickleball, swimming, and very friendly neighbors and residents. The house prices here are some of the most reasonable ones in the valley. There is always room for improvement anywhere so here is our list for Tri Palms: 1) Repave the tennis and pickleball courts. Safety issue at this point 2) Update clubhouse - the ballroom and activities room both look dated. Thanks in advance.

Broccoli not cooked fully or at all. Chips and cheese chips were very greasy. Server was friendly after we got her attention to order.
