In summary

Trilogy Golf Course at Power Ranch is widely praised for its well-maintained course, enjoyable layout, and friendly, accommodating staff. Many golfers appreciate the excellent condition of the greens and fairways, as well as the quality of the clubhouse and dining facilities. However, some visitors have reported issues with customer service, particularly regarding booking policies and communication about cart return times.

Fantastic golf experience, course was extremely well maintained, staff was hard working & respectful when we were putting. Credit to the grounds crew for your high quality standards. Pro Shop was well stocked & efficient. Marshal was friendly, as was the cart girl. Course design was fun & not overly punishing. Pace of play was good.

PRGC is a must play when in the Phoenix area. Having played The Duke just two days prior, this course just doubled down on the layout and overall condition. The tee box’s are plush and level- The fairways are just great with zero dry spots or trouble-(I’d say phenomenal and plush putting it bluntly) Chipping areas near the greens were immaculate- The waste areas were very clean and playable if you were off the fairway rough- Greens were just great, a little firm- Only problem was pin placement. For some reason someone thought everyone was Rory or Justin Rose with some of these flag locations.…

Power Ranch is my home course. The course is in excellent condition with newly redesigned greens! On top of that, the staff always provide exceptional customer service. They make the whole experience amazing. Tyler, Ed, Cory, Tyler, Nate, and Brett greet everyone with a smile during check-in which is a great way to start the round. TJ, Theresa, Maddy, and crew are very attentive, friendly, and take good care of everyone at the restaurant. Kyle is on top of his game getting players started on time and providing detailed instructions on the first tee. Elizabeth, Theresa (she goes out on the cour…

Bad customer service experience. Purchased a TGG loyalty membership. Have some out of state family coming to town so booked greater than 7 days out knowing the policy. 48 hours prior the price dropped $50 per player. Course is wide open so asked about refunding the difference since it’s within their cancellation policy. Told me I couldn’t do it and if I cancelled and rebooked they would not honor the current price. Funny thing is a non “loyalty” member can book right now for significantly less. Wouldn’t recommend golfing here or buying a loyalty card.

If you haven't golfed here, you are missing out! This course is great. Long fairways, great greens! I will be golfing here again 4sure! Power ranch, thank you for a great experience. And if you go to the bar after you're done with your 18 holes as for TJ, he's a great waiter that's full of smiles and great conversation.

This course has been my home course, and it is a gem. Greens have never been in poor condition, tee boxes never a problem, and the rest of the course is very well kept. As far as the hospitality crew, they are top notch. Rarely ever thirsty and the food in the club house is surprisingly world-class. From the plump chicken wings, to the juicy burgers, every dish that I've ordered never disappointed. An easy 5-star rating and hope they continue at this level for years to come. Great job!

I’ve played as a beginner and now with some experience. It’s always very well kept not five stars because I feel like the rough is always left too long. If you had a ball and miss the fairway by an inch, you’ll probably lose your ball in the depth of how long they keep the rough.

After reading reviews of how bad the greens are I feel obligated to set the tone of my experience today. If you are seeking an easy flat green surface where you can sink puts from 20 feet then yes go elsewhere (where I don't know as all greens have features and slopes to them). However, as far as difficulty goes, these are by no means difficult or bowl like. I frequently was able to put a long distance and get within 3-4 for my second putt. Try playing the courses where I play and these greens if anything are moderate and not extreme. Today the greens were slow to very slow compared to what I'…

Worth the trip to play and enjoy a fun layout. It's a Troon property with a great staff. Their restaurant and bar will be a good way to finish off your round. We played in a VGA tournament and couldn't be happier with our experience.

I’ve played Power Ranch 10+ time so very familiar with the course but I’ve always played in the morning never anything past 10am. Today our Foursome teed off at 2:50pm and we knew we’d likely not finish or have a few holes at dusk. Great weather and course was in decent shape. We never saw a Marshall after hole 8 and no one communicated that carts had to be back at a certain time. There was also always 2 groups ahead of us the entire round. As we are wrapping up home 18, Brett comes screaming down the hole and we had no idea what he said because he was screaming so loud like a child and we tho…
