The course is an unplayable disaster. Charging full price is a crime. You can spend less and play much better courses within 15 minutes of this location. The attached images are not the worst greens.

This is the worst golf course I’ve ever played at, every single green had holes big patches of grass Missing, you could not putt, If you somehow managed to hit the fairway after swinging off of the tea box that wasn’t existent, there was no grass on the tea box you’d go into a fairway that was either dead grass or no grass zero out of 10 would never come back

Course in aweful shape. $105 for 2 players 9 holes and a cart. Complete rip off. Really is a shame, this place used to be very nice. Great layout, just not what it once was.

this golf course is one of the finest par three experiences in the country, certainly the best of all on the cape. this is a must play course for the beauty, challenge and course conditions it is in superior condition ,better than all others I have played. the golf school is really interested in helping you play better and the staff is amazing Do not miss the great experience and when you are done your iron game will be greatly improved we felt that the price we paid was very fair considering the course condition and pace of play. even though this is a great par 3 course the management takes p…

I'm currently on the 12th hole of this course and I have never in my life played holes from any course in my life that are individually worse than any of the 12 holes I've played so far on this course In my 62 years on this earth.

Way too pricy for a par 3 course unless it's the one at Augusta. My son and I played nine holes on a Friday morning and it cost us over $90!!! We did get a motorized cart for $30 which was way too much for that. But the real kicker is $40 for 9 holes which for a championship course is too much but for a par 3 is ridiculous!! It's not in great shape and reminded me of a pitch and putt with furry greens. I will never return.

Great for someone taking young kids as not too crowded. A little over priced for the kids though. Course in pretty good shape, greens are in nice condition. Didn’t like that they only have 18 hole rate, should have a 9 hole rate and a rate for kids under 7-8.

Well maintained course and scenic.Too pricy for a par 3 course however. Paying $45 to walk it is a little much. Your 18 hole round is done in less than 2 hours... I left feeling like a played 9 holes at a 18 hole rate. Pro shop staff came off a little arrogant too....but its the Cape... its to be expected.

From the web site and pictures it looks like a regular per 3 course. It is really a glorified pitch and put with some longer par 3 holes. Many holes were tight , if you were off a bit your ball was lost. If it were inexpensive and you knew what you were getting it could be ok , but for what it is it seems very overpriced. BlueRock, also a par 3 course on the cape, is a much prettier, enjoyable course.

This place is awful now. 10 years ago, it was fabulous. I used to love it, and I'm a decent player (mid single digit) High quality layout But Now.... Watch your wallet in the clubhouse. The "owner" tried to fleece nd so badly, even he seemed ashamed STAY AWAY... FAR AWAY. Unless Only go if you like incredibly rude staff, dreadfully maintained grounds, and spending way too much for a bad time.

A nice little designed par 3, but the course is not in good shape! The grouchy old “owner” charged me $40 to walk (no clubs) with my 8 year old son to teach him to play.
