In summary

Valle Vista Country Club is praised for its tranquil setting, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, making it a pleasant place for both golf and dining. The course is generally appreciated for its layout and scenic views, though some visitors mention maintenance issues with fairways and greens. The on-site restaurant, Valerie's, receives high marks for its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere, despite occasional criticisms of service.

A little off the beaten path, all in all, not a bad course. Good layout, quiet and tranquil. Played in the early afternoon and was the only person on the course. Tee boxes, fairways, and bunkers needed a little help, but greens were pretty good. Soft and receptive, but rolled true. Cart barn guy real nice to talk with, even asked if I wanted to get an extra 9 holes in. Some much needed TLC would put this course over the top. Greens where spot on though, kudos to the greens keeper and staff!!!

Golfed here from out of town. I know there are a lot of nice courses in AZ but this is a hidden gem in my opinion. Course was in very nice shape and priced reasonably. Price per hole you cannot beat this place. Everyone was very friendly. Greens are a bit squishy but fast.

We recently moved here. Visit Valerie's Cafe often. Good food all home made by the owner Maria. Have had breakfast and lunch and enjoyed both. Prices are reasonable.

The golf course is nice and the staff is very friendly. We called and checked the hours and they're open much later than the website stated. Even though the bar is take out only, it seemed welcoming and the bartender was fun and helped answer our questions. There was outdoor seating available. The restaurant was...eh (hence the 4 stars). The food was really good, over easy eggs, cooked perfectly. We were told by the much older female, whom kept stating it's "her restaurant", Gary is the cook. Props to his cooking skills. The older female was cold, stale and not very friendly. The restaurant ha…

I went there to check out the new restaurant Valerie's Restaurant which serves American and Mexican food. What a treat, my breakfast was the ham and eggs with hashbrown potatoes and toast. It was wonderful and really it was a very full plate . I decided to go back and try their lunch so a few days later I was treated to the most delicious enchiladas with red rice and beans and flour tortillas. Again I was amazed at the portions and the food was exceptional and fresh. Valerie's is in the Club house right next to the golfers lounge which is a full bar. I highly recommend Valerie's to anyone in t…

I went there because of the restaurant, my friend Rosario owns it now and it was her grand opening, Rosario previously had Lawrence's Restaurant in King City, California and left there because of greedy property owners . She is an extremely excellent cook and make and excellent breakfast and lunch. American and Mexican food at its finest. Her place is always very clean and well stocked, and if you leave there still hungry, it's not her fault. Prices are moderate and she has specials that always fills up the plates and you.

Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good about this slice of heaven. Rebekah in the admin office is always on top of things. I thoroughly enjoy driving the complex and looking at the improvements in the way of home construction. I do play golf but have not played this course. It appears in good condition from a distance. I love, love, love coming on a Sunday to work my real estate listings and then stop at the clubhouse to chat with the locals and have a fabulous lunch at Valerie's. The food and prices are AMAZING!
